මෙට්‍රො බස්වලට රියදුරන් සොයයි...

 පොදු ප්‍රවාහනය ශක්තිමත් කිරීමේ පියවරක් ලෙස ආනයනය කළ පතුල පහත් මෙට්‍රෝ (Metro) බස් රථ 104 සැප්තැම්බර් මාසයේ සිට මගී ප්‍රවාහනයට යොදවන බව ප්‍රවාහන මහාමාර්ග සහ නාගරික සංවර්ධන අමාත්‍යාංශය සදහන් කරයි. 

මෙම බස් රථ කොළඹ නගරය ආවරණය කරමින් ධාවනය කිරීමට නියමිතය.

මේ අතර ලංකා මෙට්‍රෝ බස් රථ සමාගම සඳහා බස් රථ ක්‍රියාකරුවන් (රියදුරු) සඳහා රැකියා අවස්ථාවලට අයදුම්පත් කැඳවීම් සිදු කරනු ලැබේ. 

බර වාහන රියදුරු බලපත්‍රය සහිත, සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ සමත් වීම සුදුසුකම් ලෙස දක්වා ඇති අතර රුපියල් 115,000ට වැඩි වැටුපක් ලැබිය හැකි බව සදහන් කෙරේ.

New Metro Buses Set to Enhance Public Transport in Colombo

The Ministry of Transport and Highways has announced that 104 newly imported low-floor Metro buses will be deployed for passenger services starting in September. This initiative is part of efforts to strengthen public transportation systems across the country.

These buses will primarily operate within the Colombo metropolitan area, significantly improving accessibility and convenience for commuters.

In parallel, the Lanka Metro Bus Company is inviting applications for bus driver positions. Candidates must possess a heavy vehicle driving license and have completed their O/L examinations to qualify. The positions offer competitive salaries, with earnings potentially exceeding 115,000 Sri Lankan Rupees.
