පාතාල ලෝකය කවුරුන් විසින් ආරම්භ කළද, වත්මන් ජනාධිපතිවරයාගේ නායකත්වය යටතේ එය මෙරටින් සහමුලින්ම තුරන් කිරීම රජයේ ස්ථාවර ප්රතිපත්තිය බව අධිකරණ සහ ජාතික ඒකාබද්ධතා අමාත්ය, නීතිඥ හර්ෂණ නානායක්කාර මහතා අවධාරණය කරයි.
අමාත්යවරයා මේ බව ප්රකාශ කළේ බන්ධනාගාර දෙපාර්තමේන්තු පරිශ්රයේදී අද (02) පෙරවරුවේ පැවති විශේෂ උත්සවයකට එක්වෙමිනි. බන්ධනාගාර දෙපාර්තමේන්තු මාණ්ඩලික නිලධාරීන්ගේ වාර්ෂික හමුවට සමගාමීව, බන්ධනාගාර පද්ධතියේ යටිතල පහසුකම් සංවර්ධනය වෙනුවෙන් රුපියල් මිලියන 1017.9 ක වටිනාකමකින් යුත් රථවාහන හා උපකරණ ප්රදානය කිරීම මෙහිදී සිදු කෙරිණි.
මෙහිදී රුපියල් මිලියන 913.60 ක් වටිනා වෑන් රථ 10 ක්, ට්රැක්ටර් 03 ක් සහ රුපියල් මිලියන 104.30 ක් වටිනා ලැප්ටොප් හා පරිගණක උපකරණ බන්ධනාගාර දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව වෙත සංකේතාත්මකව භාරදීම සිදු විය. මීට අමතරව ඉදිරි කාලයේදී තවත් බස් රථ 40 ක් සහ ගලි බවුසර් 5 ක් ලබාදීමට කටයුතු සූදානම් කර ඇති බවද අමාත්යවරයා අනාවරණය කළේය.
උත්සව සභාව අමතමින් අමාත්යවරයා වැඩිදුරටත් මෙසේද සඳහන් කළේය.
"පාතාල කල්ලිවලින් බන්ධනාගාර නිලධාරීන්ට එල්ල වන තර්ජන පිළිබඳව රජය හොඳින් දැනුවත්. එම නිලධාරීන්ගේ ආරක්ෂාව වෙනුවෙන් රජය නිරන්තරයෙන් පෙනී සිටිනවා. පාතාලය නමැති පිළිකාව මේ සමාජයෙන් සියයට සියයක්ම ඉවත් කිරීමට ජනාධිපතිතුමා ප්රමුඛ රජය කැපවී සිටිනවා. පාතාලයට කවුරුන් අනුග්රහය දැක්වුවත්, එය අවසන් කිරීමේ වගකීම අප භාරගෙන තිබෙනවා."
දශක කිහිපයක සිට පවතින බන්ධනාගාර තදබදය අවම කිරීම සඳහා රජය ගෙන ඇති ක්රියාමාර්ග පිළිබඳවද අමාත්යවරයා කරුණු පැහැදිලි කළේය.
නඩු ප්රමාදය වැළැක්වීම සඳහා රස පරීක්ෂක වාර්තා මාස තුනක් ඇතුළත ලබාදීමේ කඩිනම් වැඩපිළිවෙළක් සකස් කෙරේ.
සිරගත කිරීමට විකල්පයක් ලෙස ප්රජා විශෝධනය ශක්තිමත් කිරීම සඳහා නව පනතක් ඉදිරියේදී හඳුන්වා දීමට නියමිතය.
දීර්ඝ කාලීන සිරකරුවන් පිළිබඳ විධිමත් සමාලෝචනයකින් පසු ඔවුන් නිදහස් කිරීමේ ක්රමවේදය ක්රියාත්මක කිරීමට අපේක්ෂිතය.
පසුගිය වසරේ මුහුණ දුන් 'දිට්වා' සුළි කුණාටුව වැනි අභියෝග හමුවේ රාජ්ය සේවකයින් පීඩනය නොතකා පෙන්වූ මානුෂීය ගුණාංග සහ කැපවීම අගය කළ අමාත්යවරයා, බන්ධනාගාර නිලධාරීන් ඉටු කරන්නේ සමාජයට අදෘශ්යමාන වූත්, එහෙත් අතිශය බැරෑරුම් වූත් වගකීමක් බව ද පවසා සිටියේය.
Yeah right he used under world to kill people because jeppo can't use same method that they used in 88/89. 112 people were killed so far. No doubt majority of people are innocent by stranded. Calling discipline and accountability “fear” just exposes the truth:
you are terrified of a system where corruption is punished and power is not inherited. That’s why the old political culture screams the loudest when people demand reform.
The public has already lived through 50 years of your politics we know the results. Looting, excuses, and lectures.
People aren’t afraid of change anymore. They’re tired of being ruled by the same faces who destroyed the country and now lecture others about morality.

But they did everything to destroy the mentality of people as well as physical structures and property of the public and individuals. Not only that, they also killed innocent people, sometimes for their own satisfaction or to own the property or loved ones of those innocent people.
