ටිරාන් අලස් අත්අඩංගුවට ගන්න එපා යයි නියෝග ඉල්ලා උසාවි යයි..

 හිටපු අමාත්‍ය ටිරාන් අලස් මහතා අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීම වැළැක්වීමේ අතුරු නියෝගයක් නිකුත් කරන ලෙස ඉල්ලා ඉදිරිපත් කළ රිට් පෙත්සම සලකා බැලීම සඳහා අභියාචනාධිකරණය මේ මස 30 වැනිදාට දින නියම කළේය.

සීලෝන් නිවුස් පේපර්ස් පුද්ගලික සමාගම විසින් ගොනු කරන ලද මෙම පෙත්සම, අභියාචනාධිකරණ විනිසුරුවරුන් වන ශෂී මහේන්ද්‍ර සහ ප්‍රදීප් හෙට්ටිආරච්චි යන මහත්වරුන්ගෙන් සමන්විත විනිසුරු මඩුල්ල හමුවේ කැඳවනු ලැබීය.

පෙත්සම්කාර සමාගම සහ 'කේත්සර ලංකා' පුද්ගලික සමාගම අතර ඇති වූ චෙක්පත් ගනුදෙනුවක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විමර්ශනයක් ආරම්භ කර ඇති අතර, එම සිද්ධියට අදාළව සිය සමාගමේ කළමනාකාර අධ්‍යක්ෂවරයා වන ටිරාන් අලස් මහතා ඕනෑම මොහොතක අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමේ අවදානමක් පවතින බව පෙත්සම්කාර සමාගම පෙන්වා දෙයි.

මෙම සිද්ධිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් පොලිසිය දැනටමත් සමාගමේ සේවකයන් කිහිපදෙනෙකුගෙන් ප්‍රකාශ ලබාගෙන ඇති බවත්, ටිරාන් අලස් මහතා අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට උත්සාහ කිරීම නීතියට පටහැනි බවත් පෙත්සම මගින් තර්ක කර ඇත.

ඒ අනුව, විමර්ශන අවසන් වන තෙක් ඔහු අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීම වළක්වන රිට් ආඥාවක් නිකුත් කරන ලෙස සමාගම අධිකරණයෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටී.

මෙහි වගඋත්තරකරුවන් ලෙස පොලිස්පතිවරයා, අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ අධ්‍යක්ෂවරයා සහ කේත්සර ලංකා පුද්ගලික සමාගම ඇතුළු පිරිසක් නම් කර ඇත.

Court to Hear Petition Aimed at Preventing Arrest of Former Minister Tiran Alles

The Court of Appeal has scheduled a hearing for a writ petition filed by former minister Tiran Alles on the 30th of this month, seeking an interim order to prevent his arrest. This case, submitted by the Seilon News Papers private company, is being considered by a panel of judges including Justices Shashi Mahendran and Pradeep Hettiarachchi.

The petition highlights an ongoing investigation by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) concerning a financial transaction involving the petitioner’s company and 'Kethsara Lanka' private company. The petition indicates that Tiran Alles, who serves as the managing director of his company, is at risk of arrest at any moment due to this inquiry.

It has also been disclosed that the police have already obtained statements from several employees of the company in connection with this investigation. The petition argues that any attempt to arrest Tiran Alles would be unlawful.

Consequently, the company is requesting the court to issue a writ preventing his arrest until the investigation is concluded. Named as respondents in this case are the Inspector General of Police, the Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, and representatives from Kethsara Lanka private company.
