අත්අඩංගුවේ පසුවන තම පියා හට පොලිස් නිලධාරීන් පහරදී ඇති බව පවසමින් පුද්ගලයෙකු අම්බලන්ගොඩ පොලිස් ස්ථානය තුළ කලහකාරීව හැසිරෙන ආකාරය දැක්වෙන වීඩියෝව සම්බන්ධයෙන් විශේෂ විමර්ශනය ගාල්ල කොට්ඨාස භාර ජ්යෙෂ්ඨ පොලිස් අධිකාරිගේ අධීක්ෂණය යටතේ ගාල්ල දිස්ත්රික් (II) පොලිස් අධිකාරීවරයා යටතේ සිදුකෙර්.
ඇල්පිටිය කොට්ඨාස භාර නිලධාරීවරයා විසින් සැකකරු අත්අඩංගුවටගත් කණ්ඩායම භාරව සිටි උප පොලිස් පරීක්ෂකවරයා මේ වන විට අම්ලන්ගොඩ පොලිස් ස්ථානයෙන් වහාම ක්රියාත්මක වන පරිදි ස්ථානමාරු කර තිබේ.
Special Investigation Launched into Alleged Police Assault on Arrested Man
A video depicting a person behaving aggressively at the Ambalangoda Police Station has triggered a special inquiry, following claims that police officers assaulted his father while he was in custody. The investigation is being conducted under the supervision of the Senior Superintendent of Police for the Galle Division.
The officer in charge of the Alpitiyag Police Division has reassigned the sub-inspector responsible for the arrest of the suspect to ensure immediate actions are taken regarding the incident at the Ambalangoda Police Station.
