Tragic Shooting Incident Claims the Life of a Three-Wheeler Driver in Dematagoda

A three-wheeler driver has succumbed to severe injuries sustained in a shooting incident in the Dematagoda area, as confirmed by police reports.

The attack occurred near the Kalupalam area in Dematagoda, where the driver suffered critical wounds. Efforts were immediately made to transport him to the National Hospital in Colombo for urgent medical attention.

However, police later disclosed that the driver did not survive upon arrival at the hospital, marking a tragic end to the incident.
