 ජනතාවගේ මූලික ගැටලු සඳහා ස්ථිර විසඳුම් ලබාදීමෙන් අනතුරුව මෙරට දේශපාලන ක්ෂේත්‍රය තුළ වෙනත් දේශපාලන පක්ෂවල අවශ්‍යතාවයක් පැන නොනගිනු ඇති බවත්, ඒ අනුව රට තනි පක්ෂ පාලනයක් කරා යනවා නොව යැවෙනු වනු ඇති බවත් ජාතික ජන බලවේගයේ පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ලක්ෂ්මන් නිපුණආරච්චි මහතා ප්‍රකාශ කළේය.

ජන හමුවක් අමතමින් මන්ත්‍රීවරයා මෙම ආන්දෝලනාත්මක අදහස් පළ කර තිබේ.

එහිදී ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් පෙන්වා දුන්නේ 22 වන ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථා සංශෝධනය හරහා මෙවැනි තනි පක්ෂ පාලනයකට මග පෑදෙනු ඇති බවට ඒල්ල වන චෝදනා අසත්‍ය බවය.

ලෝකයේ ඇතැම් රටවල පවතින පාලන ක්‍රමවේදයන් උදාහරණයට ගනිමින් ඔහු කියා සිටියේ, එම රටවල එකම කණ්ඩායමක් දිගින් දිගටම බලයේ රැඳී සිටින බවත්, වෙනත් කිසිදු පාර්ශවයක් මැතිවරණ සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් වීමට පවා උත්සාහ නොකරන බවත්ය.

"අපේ වරාය සමුපකාර සමිතියේ මැතිවරණයේදීත් වෙන්නේ ඕකයි. එතනදී වෙන කවුරුත් ඡන්දය ඉල්ලන්නේ නැහැ, අපි විතරයි ඉල්ලන්නේ. මිනිස්සුන්ගේ ප්‍රශ්න හරියට විසඳුවාම තවත් පක්ෂ මොකටද? මේක ලියලා තියාගන්න," යැයි මන්ත්‍රීවරයා එහිදී අවධාරණය කළේය.
