බන්ධනාගාර ගැටුමෙන් තුවාලකරුවන් බලන්න ඇමති රෝහලේ..

මීගමුව බන්ධනාගාරය තුළ ඇතිවු  සිද්ධියෙන් තුවාල ලබා ප්‍රතිකාර ලබන බන්ධනාගාර නිලධාරීන්ගේ සුවදුක් විමසීමට අධිකරණ සහ ජාතික ඒකාබද්ධතා අමාත්‍ය, නීතිඥ හර්ෂණ නානායක්කාර මහතා  පස්වරුවේ මීගමුව දිස්ත්‍රික් මහ රෝහලේ නිරීක්ෂණයක නිරත විය.

රෝහල වෙත පැමිණි අමාත්‍යතුමා තුවාල ලබා සිටින නිලධාරීන්ට සිදු කරන ප්‍රතිකාර සහ අවශ්‍ය පහසුකම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් වෛද්‍යවරුන් සහ රෝහලේ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය සමඟ සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදී.

මීගමුව බන්ධනාගාරය තුළ ඇති වු ගැටුමෙන් තුවාල ලැබු බන්ධනාගාර නිලධාරීන් 23 දෙනෙකු මීගමුව දිස්ත්‍රික් මහ රෝහලේ සහ කොළඹ ජාතික රෝහලේ ප්‍රතිකාර ලබන අතර, රැඳවියන් 54 දෙනෙකු ප්‍රතිකාර ලබමින් සිටියි.

Minister Harshana Nanayakkara Visits Injured Prison Officials Following Meegamuwa Prison Incident

In the aftermath of a significant incident at Meegamuwa Prison, National Unity and Legal Affairs Minister Harshana Nanayakkara conducted a site visit to the District General Hospital in Meegamuwa to inquire about the well-being of injured prison officials receiving treatment.

During his visit, the Minister engaged in discussions with medical personnel and hospital staff regarding the care and necessary facilities provided to the injured officials.

As a result of the disturbance at Meegamuwa Prison, 23 prison officials are receiving treatment at the District General Hospital and Colombo National Hospital, while 54 inmates are also undergoing medical care.
