ඉරානය ඉතා අයහපත් ලෙස හැසිරෙන බවට චෝදනා කළ ජනාධිපතිවරයා, වසර 47ක් පුරා මැදපෙරදිග කලාපයේ "චණ්ඩියා" ලෙස කටයුතු කළ ඉරානයට තවදුරටත් එසේ කිරීමට ඉඩ නොදෙන බව ප්රකාශ කළේය. ඉරානයට කිසිසේත්ම න්යෂ්ටික අවියක් ලබා ගැනීමට ඉඩ නොදෙන බවත්, තම මූලික අරමුණ එය බවත් ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් අවධාරණය කළේය.

දෙරට අතර පැවති අන්තර්කාලීන අවබෝධතා ගිවිසුම (MoU) දැන් අවසන් බවත්, ඉරාන නායකයන් සාකච්ඡා මේසයේදී එකඟ වන කරුණු පසුව මාධ්ය හමුවලදී ප්රතික්ෂේප කරන බවත් ඔහු චෝදනා කළේය.
"ඔවුන්ට යම් මානසික ගැටලුවක් තිබෙනවා. ඔවුන් සමඟ ගනුදෙනු කිරීම කාලය නාස්ති කිරීමක්," යැයි ද ට්රම්ප් පවසා සිටියේය.

President Donald Trump has announced that America will launch "heavy" strikes against Iran, marking the end of a ceasefire between the two nations. This declaration was made while participating in a NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey.
The recent American military response comes after attacks were made on vessels in the strategically important Strait of Hormuz. Prior to this announcement, the U.S. had already executed significant strikes targeting locations in Iran, including Bandar Abbas, Sirik, and Kish Island.
"We struck them hard last night. Tonight, we will continue with targeted actions against them. Consider this a serious warning," Trump stated emphatically at the summit.
The President accused Iran of being a persistent aggressor in the Middle East for the past 47 years, asserting that the U.S. would not allow Iran to continue its actions unchecked. He reiterated a firm stance that Iran would not be permitted to obtain nuclear capabilities, emphasizing this as a core objective of U.S. policy.
Additionally, Trump noted that the U.S. could disrupt Iran's operations by targeting key infrastructure, such as Kharg Island, and undermining their electricity and water supply. He confirmed that the permits for Iranian oil sales have now been revoked and clarified that the ongoing American naval blockades are aimed solely at Iran.
In a strong critique, he declared that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two countries is now void, suggesting that Iranian leaders routinely reject agreements reached at the negotiation table during discussions.
"They seem to have serious mental issues. Dealing with them is a waste of time," Trump added, reflecting his view on the challenging nature of negotiations with Iran.
In response to American attacks, Iran has retaliated by striking targets in Bahrain and Kuwait, raising concerns among political analysts that the entire Middle East region is on the brink of a larger war.
