මහා පරිමාණ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය ජාවාරම්කරුවකු වන මේ වනවිට සීඅයිඩී රැඳවුම් භාරයේ පසුවන ශිරාන් බාසික් හෙළි කරන තොරතුරු අනුව ඔහුගෙන් යැපුණු බව කියන සැකකාර ටියුෂන් ගුරුවරයා වසර කීපයකට පෙර අපොස සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ විභාග ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍ර, විභාගයට පෙර පිටකළ අයකු බවට අනාවරණය වී තිබේ.

මෙම ටියුෂන් ගුරුවරයා මේ වනවිට ඩුබායි හි දිවි ගෙවන බව පොලිස් මධ්‍යම අපරාධ කොට්ඨාසයේ ප්‍රකාශකයෙක් කීය.

මේ පුද්ගලයා අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට ජාත්‍යන්තර පොලිසියේ සහාය ලබාගන්නා බව ද මොහුට රතු වරෙන්තු කැඳවීමට පියවර ගෙන ඇතැයි ද පොලිසිය කියයි.

මේ අතර ශිරාන් බාසික් සිය දේපළ ලියා ඇති ඔහුගේ පුත්‍රයාගෙන් සහ බිරිඳගෙන් ද ප්‍රශ්න කිරීමට පොලිසිය කටයුතු කර තිබේ.

Major Drug Trafficker Unveils Details Linking Tutor to Exam Paper Leak

In a startling revelation, Shiran Basik, currently in custody of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for his involvement in extensive drug trafficking, has disclosed information implicating a tutor in a significant examination scandal. This instructor is reportedly connected to the leak of Ordinary Level examination papers several years ago.

According to a spokesperson from the CID, the implicated tutor is believed to be residing in Dubai at present. Authorities are in the process of coordinating with international police to secure his arrest through red notices.

Furthermore, the police have also commenced questioning Basik's son and wife regarding the matter, as part of their ongoing investigation.

This development highlights the ongoing challenges authorities face in tackling corruption and malpractice within the education system.
