ඉන්දියාව සමඟ පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත තරග දෙකකින් යුත් ටෙස්ට් තරගාවලියේ පළමු තරගය සඳහා ක්රීඩකයන් 16 දෙනෙකුගෙන් සමන්විත ශ්රී ලංකා සංචිතය ශ්රී ලංකා ක්රිකට් තේරීම් කමිටුව විසින් ඊයේ ප්රකාශයට පත් කරන ලදී.
2025-2027 අයි.සී.සී. ලෝක ටෙස්ට් ශූරතාවලියට අයත් මෙම තරගය, එළඹෙන අගෝස්තු මස 15 වැනිදා සිට 19 වැනිදා දක්වා ගාල්ල ජාත්යන්තර ක්රිකට් ක්රීඩාංගණයේදී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය.
නම් කරන ලද සංචිතයේ නායකත්වය තුන් ඉරියව් ක්රීඩක ධනංජය ද සිල්වා හට හිමිව ඇති අතර, කමිඳු මෙන්ඩිස් උපනායකයා ලෙස නම් කර තිබේ.

Sri Lanka Announces Squad for Upcoming Test Series Against India
The Sri Lankan cricket selection committee unveiled a 16-member squad for the first Test match of the upcoming series against India, scheduled for August 15 to 19 at the Galle International Cricket Stadium.
This series is part of the 2025-2027 ICC World Test Championship, marking a significant event on the cricket calendar.
Crowned as the captain of the squad is Dhananjaya de Silva, who will be supported by Kamindu Mendis as vice-captain.

Dhananjaya de Silva (Captain), Lahiru Udara, Nishan Madushka, Kamindu Mendis (Vice-Captain), Dinesh Chandimal, Pasindu Sooriya Bandara, Sonal Dinu, Niroshan Dickwella (Wicketkeeper), Ramesh Mendis, Prabath Jayasuriya, Keshara Wanuanthie, Milan Ratnayake, Asitha Pranandu, Lahiru Kumara, Vishva Pranandu, and Dilshan Madushanka.
