අදාළ නියෝගය සම්බන්ධයෙන් විත්තිකාර පාර්ශ්වය දැනුවත් කිරීම සඳහා සිතාසි නිකුත් කරන ලෙස ද විනිසුරුවරයා නියෝග කළේය.
මහේස්ත්රාත් අධිකරණ නියෝගයකින් පෙරටුගාමී සමාජවාදී පක්ෂය වෙත භුක්තිය පවරා දී ඇති අදාළ දේපළෙහි එම පක්ෂයේ සාමාජිකයන් බලහත්කාරයෙන් හා නීතිවිරෝධී ලෙස රැඳී සිටින බවත්, පක්ෂ කාර්යාලයේ පවතින තත්ත්වය වෙනස් කිරීමට උත්සාහ දරන බවත් සඳහන් කරමින් ජනතා විමුක්ති පෙරමුණේ ප්රධාන ලේකම් ටිල්වින් සිල්වා මහතා පැමිණිලිකරු වශයෙන් සිය නීතිඥවරුන් මාර්ගයෙන් කළ ඉල්ලීමක් සලකා බැලීමෙන් අනතුරුව විනිසුරුවරයා මෙම නියෝගය නිකුත් කර ඇත.
නීතිඥ චාමර සපුතන්ති, තිළිණි මාපිටිගම සහ තනුර සඳරුවන් යන නීතිඥ මඩුල්ලේ උපදෙස් මත නීතිඥ නුවන් අලවතුරගේ මහතා පැමිණිලි පාර්ශ්වය වෙනුවෙන් අධිකරණය හමුවේ පෙනී සිටියේය.
Court Issues Order to Preserve Ownership of 'Ape Niwahana' Office in Gampaha
In a decisive move to maintain the current status of the 'Ape Niwahana' party office located on Yakkala Road, Gampaha, District Judge Dulani Veerawardena has issued an injunction against the Forward Socialist Party. This order aims to prevent any potential transfer of ownership to a third party.
Judge Veerawardena has also instructed the relevant parties to issue notices regarding the injunction to ensure full awareness of the situation. This directive follows allegations that members of the Forward Socialist Party have unlawfully occupied the property, established under a previous order of the Magistrate's Court, and are attempting to alter the conditions concerning the office.
In light of a request made by Tilvin Silva, the General Secretary of the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), through his legal representatives, the judge affirmed the necessity of these injunctions to protect the interests of the original owners. Silva emphasized the illegal and forceful occupation of the property by the opposing party.
Prominent legal representatives, including Attorneys Chamara Saputhanthy, Thilini Mapitigama, and Thanura Sandaruwan, appeared in court on behalf of the complainant, reflecting the seriousness of the matter at hand.
