රජයටම වී දෙන්න ඔ්න කියා එකක් නෑ.. මුදලාලිලටත් දෙන්න..- නාමල්

 ගොවීන් විසින් අස්වනු නෙළන ලද වී රජයටම ලබා දිය යුතු බවට කිසිදු නියමයක් නොමැති බවත්, පෞද්ගලික අංශයට ද වී අලෙවි කිරීමට ඔවුන්ට අවස්ථාව පවතින බවත් කෘෂිකර්ම හා පශු සම්පත් නියෝජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය නාමල් කරුණාරත්න මහතා පවසයි.

මාධ්‍ය වෙත අදහස් දක්වමින් අමාත්‍යවරයා සඳහන් කළේ, රජය වී මිලදී ගන්නා මිලටම පෞද්ගලික අංශය ද වී මිලදී ගැනීමට බැඳී සිටින බවයි.

ඒ අනුව, රජයට මෙන්ම පෞද්ගලික අංශයට ද වී ලබා දීම මගින් ගොවි ජනතාව මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු නිරාකරණය කර ගැනීමට හැකි වනු ඇතැයි ඔහු විශ්වාසය පළ කළේය.

"රජයටම දෙන්න ඕන කියලා නියමයක් නැහැ. රජය ගන්නා ගාණටම පෞද්ගලික අංශයත් වී මිලදී ගැනීමට බැඳී සිටිනවා. ඒ නිසා රජයටයි, පෞද්ගලික අංශයටයි දෙපාර්ශවයටම මේ වී ටික ලබා දීලා අපේ ගොවි ජනතාවගේ ගැටලුව නිරාකරණය කරගන්න පුළුවන්," යැයි ද නියෝජ්‍ය අමාත්‍යවරයා වැඩිදුරටත් සඳහන් කළේය.

මෙමගින් වී අලෙවි කිරීමේදී ගොවීන්ට පවතින බාධාවන් ඉවත් වන අතර, තරඟකාරී මිලක් යටතේ තම අස්වනු අලෙවි කිරීමට ඔවුන්ට අවස්ථාව සැලසෙනු ඇති බව ද වාර්තා වේ.

No Restrictions on Rice Sales by Farmers, Says Minister

Farmers are not bound by any regulations to sell their harvested rice exclusively to the government, according to Namal Karunarathna, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock. He emphasized that they have the opportunity to sell their rice to the private sector as well.

In his remarks to the media, the minister clarified that the private sector is also obligated to purchase rice at the same price the government offers, ensuring a level playing field in the market.

Karunarathna expressed confidence that allowing both the government and private sector to buy rice would help address the challenges faced by the farming community.

He stated, "There is no rule that mandates farmers to sell exclusively to the government. The private sector is also bound to buy rice at the same price as the government. Therefore, by distributing this rice between both parties, we can effectively resolve the issues faced by our farmers."

This move could eliminate existing barriers to rice sales for farmers, providing them with opportunities to sell their produce at competitive prices.
