ඉරාන සාම ගිවිසුම අවසන්.. යලි පහර දෙනවා..- ට‍්‍රම්ප්

US-Iran Relations Deteriorate Amid Rising Tensions and Military Actions

The fragile peace agreement and ceasefire between the United States and Iran are on the brink of collapse, increasing fears of a potential escalation in hostilities. President Donald Trump has emphasized that the current deal with Iran is now "done," amid growing tensions between the two nations.

In response to attacks on commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, the US Central Command has initiated a new wave of assaults against Iranian targets. Concurrently, the Trump administration is reinstating restrictions previously eased under a memorandum signed last month.

Iran’s military has confirmed that it has launched missile and drone strikes against American military bases located in Bahrain and Kuwait, retaliating against the US attacks.

During a press briefing at the NATO summit in Turkey, President Trump leveled severe criticisms at Iranian leadership, characterizing its citizens as "evil" and "crazy." He dismissed the prospect of negotiations with them as a waste of time, hinting at a future escalation of military action against Iran. "In my view, this is all over. I no longer wish to deal with them," Trump stated.

As this diplomatic rift deepens, global oil prices have surged sharply, while stock market indices are experiencing significant declines.

This heightened conflict has been criticized by political analysts from both sides, who argue that Trump’s new agreement is considerably weaker than the Iran nuclear deal established during the Obama administration. Observers suggest that the series of contradictory decisions by President Trump has further destabilized peace in the region.
