 තලවකැලේ ලිදුල නගර සභාවේ නාගරික මන්ත්‍රීවරුන් දෙදෙනෙකු අතර, (09) දින එම නගර සභාව තුලදී ඇති වූ බහින් බස් වීමක් සහ ගුටි බැට හුවමාරුවක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් දෙපාර්ශවයෙන්ම තලවකැලේ පොලිසිය වෙත පැමිණිලි ලැබී ඇති බව තලවකැලේ පොලිසියේ නිළධාරියෙකු පැවසීය.

කදුරට ජනතා පෙරමුණේ නාගරික මන්ත්‍රීවරයෙකු සහ ලංකා කම්කරු කොංග්‍රසයේ මන්ත්‍රීවරයෙකු අතරයි මෙම බහින්බස් වීම සහ ගැටුම හට ගෙන ඇත්තේ.

මෙම නාගරික මන්ත්‍රීවරුන් දෙදෙනා අතර කාලයක් තිස්සේ බහින් බස් වීම් ඇති වී ඇති බවත්, (09) දින පැවති මාසික නගර සභා රැස්වීමේදි ලංකා කම්කරු කොංග්‍රසයේ නාගරික මන්ත්‍රීවරයා විසින් නාගරික මන්ත්‍රීවරුන්ට අසභ්‍ය වචනයෙන් බැන වැදුනේ යැයි කියන සිද්ධියක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් උරන වූ කදුරට ජනතා පෙරමුණේ මන්ත්‍රීවරයා සභා වාරය අවසන් වීමෙන් පසු එයට විරෝධය පෑමට යැමේදි දෙපාර්ශවය අතර මෙම බහින් බස් වීම සහ ගැටුම ඇති වී ඇති බවයි පැවසෙන්නේ.

The Talawakelle Police have confirmed receiving complaints following a heated confrontation between two municipal council members during a recent session. The disturbance involved a verbal clash and physical altercation between representatives from the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) and the Lanka Sama Samaja Party (LSSP).

Reports indicate that this escalating dispute among the local politicians has been ongoing for some time. The tension surfaced during the monthly council meeting held on the 9th, where an incident reportedly occurred involving inappropriate remarks directed towards council members from the LSSP by their JVP counterpart.

This provocative exchange led to heightened tempers, and when the meeting adjourned, both parties faced off, resulting in the confrontation that drew the attention of law enforcement officials.
