අමාත්‍යවරයා පෙන්වා දෙන්නේ එම උපදෙස්වලට අනුව අදාළ කැබිනට් පත්‍රිකාව සකස් කිරීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය මූලික ක්‍රියාමාර්ග මේ වන විටත් ගනිමින් පවතින බවයි.

අදාළ වයස් සීමාව දීර්ඝ කිරීමේ නීතිමය පියවරක් ලෙස මෙම කැබිනට් පත්‍රිකාව සකස් කරන ලෙස තමන්ට දැනුම් දී ඇති බවත් ඒ අනුව ඉදිරි කටයුතු කඩිනමින් සිදු කිරීමට නියමිත බවත් අමාත්‍යවරයා පැවසීය.
