 රුසියාවේ විශාලතම අන්තර්ජාල සිල්ලර වෙළඳ ජාලය වන Wildberries ආයතනයට අයත් ප්‍රධාන ගබඩා සංකීර්ණ දෙකකට යුක්රේනය එල්ල කළ ඩ්‍රෝන ප්‍රහාරවලින් පුද්ගලයින් අට දෙනෙකු ජීවිතක්ෂයට පත්ව තවත් 62 දෙනෙකු තුවාල ලබා ඇති බව රුසියානු බලධාරීන් තහවුරු කරයි.

මොස්කව් නුවරට ගිනිකොන දෙසින් පිහිටි තම්බෝව් නගරයේ ගබඩාවකට එල්ල වූ ප්‍රහාරයෙන් පුද්ගලයින් හත් දෙනෙකු මියගොස් 25 දෙනෙකු තුවාල ලබා ඇත. මීට අමතරව මොස්කව් කලාපයේ ඉලෙක්ට්‍රොස්ටල් හි පිහිටි අනෙක් ගබඩාවට එල්ල වූ ප්‍රහාරයෙන් එක් අයෙකු මියගොස් තවත් 37 දෙනෙකු තුවාල ලබා ඇති බව වාර්තා වේ.

මෙම ප්‍රහාරය සම්බන්ධයෙන් අදහස් දක්වමින් යුක්රේන ජනාධිපති වොලොඩිමියර් සෙලෙන්ස්කි ප්‍රකාශ කළේ, රුසියානු ඩ්‍රෝන නිෂ්පාදනයට සහ නාවික උපකරණ සැපයීමට යොදාගන්නා ප්‍රධාන සැපයුම් මධ්‍යස්ථාන ඉලක්ක කර මෙම ප්‍රහාර එල්ල කළ බවයි. රුසියාව විසින් යුක්රේනයේ සිවිල් යටිතල පහසුකම්වලට සහ නගරවලට එල්ල කරන ප්‍රහාරවලට ප්‍රතිචාරයක් ලෙස මෙම මෙහෙයුම ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ බව ද ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් පැවසීය.

රුසියාවේ 'ඇමසන්'  ආයතනය ලෙස සැලකෙන වයිල්ඩ්බෙරීස් ආයතනය, රුසියානු හමුදාවට අවශ්‍ය සන්නිවේදන උපකරණ, ශරීර ආරක්ෂක කට්ටල සහ ඩ්‍රෝන උපාංග මිලදී ගැනීමට රුසියානු ස්වේච්ඡා කණ්ඩායම් විසින් බහුලව භාවිතා කරන බව යුක්රේන ආරක්ෂක අංශ පෙන්වා දෙයි. එබැවින් මෙම ගබඩා විනාශ කිරීම හරහා රුසියානු හමුදාවේ සැපයුම් ජාලය අඩපණ කිරීම තම අරමුණ බව යුක්රේන ආරක්ෂක සහ සහයෝගිතා මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ සභාපති සර්හී කුසාන් ප්‍රකාශ කළේය.

වයිල්ඩ්බෙරීස් ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිලධාරිනී ටැටියානා කිම් මෙය රුසියාවට සහ තම සමාගමට "බිහිසුණු රාත්‍රියක්" වූ බව ප්‍රකාශ කළාය. තම්බෝව් ප්‍රාදේශීය ආණ්ඩුකාරවරයා සඳහන් කළේ මෙය එම කලාපයට එල්ල වූ "අමානුෂිකම" ප්‍රහාරය බවයි. ප්‍රහාරයෙන් තුවාල ලැබූවන්ගෙන් බහුතරයක් සුන්බුන් වැදීමෙන් බරපතල තුවාල ලබා ඇති බව ද වාර්තා වේ.

මෙම ඩ්‍රෝන ප්‍රහාර මාලාවේදී රුසියානු තෙල් ගබඩාවක් ද ඉලක්ක වී ඇති අතර, යුක්රේනය පවසන්නේ රුසියාවේ තෙල් පිරිපහදු ධාරිතාවයෙන් 43%ක් පමණ මේ වන විට අඩපණ කිරීමට තමන් සමත්ව ඇති බවයි. රුසියානු ජනාධිපති ව්ලැඩිමීර් පුටින් ද පසුගියදා ප්‍රකාශ කළේ යුක්රේන ප්‍රහාර හේතුවෙන් එරට ඉන්ධන හිඟයක් මතුව ඇති බවයි.

2022 පෙබරවාරි මාසයේදී රුසියාව විසින් යුක්රේනය ආක්‍රමණය කිරීමෙන් පසු දෙරට අතර පවතින යුද තත්ත්වය මේ වන විට තීරණාත්මක මට්ටමකට පැමිණ ඇති අතර, දෙපාර්ශවයම එකිනෙකාගේ ආර්ථික සහ සැපයුම් මධ්‍යස්ථාන ඉලක්ක කර ගනිමින් ප්‍රහාර දැඩි කර තිබේ.

Drone Strikes on Russian Logistics Center Claim Eight Lives in Ukraine Conflict

In a significant escalation of the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, drone strikes targeting two major warehouses belonging to Wildberries, Russia's largest online retail network, have resulted in the deaths of eight individuals and injuries to 62 others, confirmed Russian authorities.

The attack in the city of Tambov, located to the southeast of Moscow, resulted in seven fatalities and left 25 people injured. Additionally, another strike at a warehouse in the Elektrostal area of the Moscow region claimed one life and injured 37 others.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the strikes were aimed at key supply centers used for the production of Russian drones and naval equipment. He stated that this operation was a response to Russia's ongoing attacks on Ukraine's civil infrastructure and urban centers.

Ukrainian defense officials noted that Wildberries, often referred to as the “Amazon of Russia,” is frequently utilized by Russian paramilitary groups to procure communication equipment, personal protective gear, and drone technology. They highlighted that the destruction of these warehouses is aimed at disrupting the supply chain supporting the Russian military.

Tatyana Kim, the CEO of Wildberries, described the events as a "nightmarish night" for Russia and her company. The regional governor of Tambov characterized the drone strikes as "inhumane" acts against the area. Reports indicate that many of those injured in the attacks sustained serious injuries from flying debris.

In this wave of drone attacks, a Russian oil depot was also targeted, with Ukrainian officials claiming to have reduced Russia's oil refining capacity by approximately 43% to date. Recent statements from Russian President Vladimir Putin indicated that the ongoing attacks from Ukraine have contributed to a fuel shortage within Russia.

Since Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the situation has intensified, with both sides increasingly targeting each other's economic and logistical hubs in a bid to gain an upper hand in the conflict.
