In retaliation for the airstrikes on Hodeidah, ground forces affiliated with the militants reportedly targeted the industrial city of Jazan in Saudi Arabia. Foreign media outlets stated that a large fire erupted at a facility belonging to Aramco, the Saudi state oil company, as a result of these assaults. Militants also claimed to have targeted two Saudi oil tankers this week, marking a significant threat to the Kingdom's oil transport operations.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump expressed that the militant forces represent a proxy group for Iran, promising severe military repercussions against them.
