වත්තල, පල්ලියවත්ත ප්‍රදේශයේ උත්සව ශාලාවක පැවැති සාදයක් අතරතුර (23) රාත්‍රියේ සිදුවූ වෙඩි තැබීමකින් බරපතළ තුවාල ලැබූ පුද්ගලයෙකු මියගොස් ඇති බව පොලිසිය පවසයි.

කදිරාන පාලම ආසන්නයේ පිහිටි අදාළ උත්සව ශාලාවේ දරුවෙකුගේ උපන්දින සැමරුමක් පැවැත්වෙමින් තිබියදී මෙම ප්‍රහාරය එල්ල වී තිබේ.

වෙඩි වැදීමෙන් තුවාල ලැබූ පුද්ගලයා වහාම කොළඹ ජාතික රෝහලට ඇතුළත් කිරීමට පියවර ගත්තද, රෝහල්ගත කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව ඔහු මියගොස් ඇති බව වාර්තා වේ.

Emergency responders rapidly transported the injured party to the Colombo National Hospital. Despite efforts to save him, reports indicate that he passed away shortly after being admitted.
