 ආයෝජක සබඳතා සහ ණය විනිවිදභාවය ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීම අතින් ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ගෝලීය වශයෙන් ඉහළම ප්‍රගතියක් අත්කර ගත් රටවල් අතරට පැමිණ ඇති බව ජාත්‍යන්තර මූල්‍ය ආයතනය (Institute of International Finance - IIF) නිකුත් කළ නවතම වාර්තාවක දැක්වේ.

2026 ජූලි මාසය සඳහා නිකුත් කරන ලද IIF Investor Relations and Debt Transparency Report මගින් පෙන්වා දෙන්නේ, පසුගිය වසරට සාපේක්ෂව සිය දර්ශක අගයන් වේගයෙන්ම ඉහළ නංවාගත් රටවල් හතර අතරට ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ඇතුළත් වී ඇති බවයි.

IIF වාර්තාවට අනුව, ශ්‍රී ලංකාව සිය ආයෝජක සබඳතා දර්ශකයේ ලකුණු +6.3ක කැපී පෙනෙන වර්ධනයක් වාර්තා කර ඇත. වියට්නාමය, බෙලීස් සහ මොසැම්බික් යන රටවල් සමඟ ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ද මෙම වේගයෙන් දියුණු වන කාණ්ඩයට ඇතුළත් කර තිබේ.

සමස්තයක් ලෙස නැගී එන වෙළඳපොළවල් සහ සංවර්ධනය වෙමින් පවතින ආර්ථිකයන් 57ක් ආශ්‍රිතව සිදුකළ මෙම ඇගයීමේදී, ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ලකුණු 50න් 43.67ක් වැනි ඉහළ අගයක් ලබා ගැනීමට සමත්ව ඇත. මෙය ලොව ඉහළම කාර්තුවේ පවතින රටවල් අතරට ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ඇතුළත් වීමට හේතු වී තිබේ.

ණය කළමනාකරණයේදී සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර මූල්‍ය වෙළඳපොළට ප්‍රවේශ වීමේදී විනිවිදභාවය අතිශය තීරණාත්මක සාධකයක් බව IIF වාර්තාව අවධාරණය කරයි.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාව වැනි රටවල් සිය මූල්‍ය දත්ත සහ ප්‍රතිපත්තිමය තොරතුරු විශ්වසනීය ලෙස ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම හරහා ආයෝජක විශ්වාසය තහවුරු වන අතර, එමගින් ණය ලබා ගැනීමේ පිරිවැය අවම කර ගැනීමටත්, ස්ථාවර ණය ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් පවත්වා ගැනීමටත් අවස්ථාව සැලසෙන බව වාර්තාව පෙන්වා දෙයි.
