Powerful Earthquake Devastates Colombia, Claiming 150 Lives
Recent reports indicate that a devastating earthquake has struck western Colombia, resulting in at least 150 fatalities and injuring more than 570 others.
Rescue workers are currently engaged in intensive efforts to free individuals trapped under the rubble of collapsed buildings.
Additionally, it has been reported that sections of a hospital in Cali, specifically those housing children and newborns, have completely collapsed due to the tremors.
In light of this severe situation, the Colombian government has declared a national state of emergency across the country.
To expedite relief operations and ensure safety, military personnel have been deployed to the affected areas.
