 වසර 76ක් පුරා මෙරට පාලනය කළ සාම්ප්‍රදායික රදල පන්තියට සිය බලය අහිමි වීම හේතුවෙන් ඔවුන් දැඩි ලෙස කලබලයට පත්ව සිටින බවත්, යළි බලය ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා විවිධ උපක්‍රම ක්‍රියාත්මක කරමින් සිටින බවත් ජාතික ජන බලවේගයේ පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී සමන්ත රණසිංහ මහතා පවසයි.

ජන හමුවක් අමතමින් ඔහු මේ බව සඳහන් කළේය.

පසුගිය කාලය පුරාම සාමාන්‍ය ජනතාව තමන්ට යටත් පිරිසක් ලෙස සලකා කටයුතු කළ මෙම පිරිස, සමෘද්ධිය, වැසිකිළි පෝච්චි වැනි සුළු දීමනා සහ රැකියා කිහිපයක් ලබා දෙමින් ජනතාව නිහඬ කිරීමට උත්සාහ කළ බව මන්ත්‍රීවරයා පෙන්වා දුන්නේය.

බලය අහිමි වීමෙන් රිදවීමට පත්ව සිටින එම පිරිස, ඕනෑම දූෂිතයෙකු හෝ අපරාධකරුවෙකු සමඟ එක්ව වත්මන් රජය පෙරළීමට උත්සාහ කරන බවත්, ඊට එරෙහිව දේශප්‍රේමී ජනතාවගේ ශක්තිමත් කඳවුරක් ගොඩනැගීමට ජාතික ජන බලවේගය කටයුතු කරන බවත් ඔහු සඳහන් කළේය.

"දැන් තියෙන්නේ දූෂිතයන්ගේ සටනයි, දේශප්‍රේමීන්ගේ සටනයි අතර ගැටුමක්. ඔවුන් පවත්වාගෙන ගිය පාතාලය, මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය ජාවාරම සහ නීති විරෝධී අවි ගනුදෙනු හරහා ලැබුණු රහසිගත බලය වත්මන් රජය විසින් අඩපණ කරමින් සිටිනවා. පසුගිය කාලය තුළ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය කර්මාන්තශාලා සහ නීති විරෝධී ගිනිඅවි විශාල ප්‍රමාණයක් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට අපට හැකි වුණා" යැයි ද මන්ත්‍රීවරයා පැවසීය.

ජනතාව තවදුරටත් බෙදීම්වලට ලක් නොවී, රටේ අනාගතය වෙනුවෙන් එක්ව කටයුතු කළ යුතු බවත්, දූෂිත පාලනයන්ගෙන් රට මුදා ගැනීමට ලැබුණු මෙම අවස්ථාව නිසි ලෙස භාවිතා කළ යුතු බවත් මන්ත්‍රී සමන්ත රණසිංහ මහතා වැඩිදුරටත් අවධාරණය කළේය.

The traditional ruling class of Sri Lanka, which has dominated the political landscape for 76 years, is in disarray following a significant loss of power. MP Samanta Ranasinghe from the National People's Power (NPP) revealed that this group is actively pursuing various strategies to regain their influence.

Speaking at a public meeting, Ranasinghe emphasized how this faction has treated the general populace as subservient, attempting to pacify them through minor handouts like subsidized meals and job opportunities. He articulated that their tactics reflect a calculated effort to maintain control.

In the wake of their diminished authority, this group is purportedly attempting to ally themselves with corrupt individuals and criminals to overthrow the current government. In response, the NPP is mobilizing to build a robust coalition of patriotic citizens to counteract these efforts.

“We are witnessing a conflict between the corrupt and the patriots. The underground networks they established, along with illicit drug trafficking and illegal arms deals, are being challenged by the current government. Recently, we have been able to seize substantial quantities of narcotics and illegal firearms,” the MP stated.

Ranasinghe further urged the people to avoid divisions and unite for the future of the country, reminding them that this is a pivotal moment to liberate Sri Lanka from corrupt governance and urging that this opportunity should not be squandered.
