මෙම සිද්ධිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් සිදුකරනු ලැබූ විමර්ශන කටයුතු මේ වන විට සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම අවසන් කර ඇති බව අධිකරණයට දැනුම් දුන් අතර, ඒ අනුව සැකකාර මන්ත්රීවරයාට එරෙහිව අධිචෝදනා ගොනු කිරීමට අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව (CID) සහ අල්ලස් කොමිසම කටයුතු කරනු ඇති බව වැඩිදුරටත් වාර්තා විය.
Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa Remains in Custody Amid Investigation into Airbus Deal
In a significant development regarding the ongoing investigation into allegations of bribery linked to an Airbus deal, Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa has been ordered to remain in custody until October 13. This decision was made today by Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama in Colombo.
The court has been informed that the investigative proceedings related to this issue have now been completed. Following this, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in conjunction with the Bribery Commission is expected to file charges against the accused parliamentarian.
