තිලීපන් සැමරුම ඉස්සර ඉදන්ම කල දෙයක්..

 එල්.ටී.ටී.ඊ. සංවිධානයේ හිටපු සාමාජිකයකු වන තිලීපන් සැමරීම උතුරු පළාතේ පසුගිය කාලය පුරාම සිදුවූවක් බවත්, කෙසේ වෙතත් නීතියෙන් තහනම් කරන ලද සංවිධානයක් ප්‍රවර්ධනය වන අයුරින් කටයුතු කිරීමට කිසිදු පාර්ශ්වයකට ඉඩ නොදෙන බවත් අමාත්‍ය වෛද්‍ය නලින්ද ජයතිස්ස මහතා අවධාරණය කළේය.

දෙරණ නාලිකාවේ '360' දේශපාලන වැඩසටහන සමඟ එක්වෙමින් අමාත්‍යවරයා මේ බව ප්‍රකාශ කළේය.

මෑතකදී උතුරේ ස්ථාපිත කෙරුණු තිලීපන්ගේ පිළිරුවක් පොලිසිය මැදිහත්ව ඉවත් කිරීම සහ ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් සමාජයේ මතුව ඇති සංවාදය පිළිබඳව වැඩසටහන මෙහෙයවූ මාධ්‍යවේදියා නැඟූ ප්‍රශ්නයකට පිළිතුරු දෙමින් අමාත්‍යවරයා සඳහන් කළේ, සැප්තැම්බර් 15 වනදා සිට 26 වනදා දක්වා කාලය තුළ උතුරු පළාතේ පසුගිය වසර ගණනාවක් පුරාම ඡායාරූප තබා තිලීපන් සැමරුම් පවත්වා ඇති බවයි.

නමුත් මෙවර ඊට අදාළව පිළිරුවක් රැගෙනවිත් තිබූ බවත්, එම පිළිරුව ඉවත් කිරීමට පෙර පොලිසිය විසින් අධිකරණයට කරුණු වාර්තා කර නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ගත් බවත් හෙතෙම පෙන්වා දුන්නේය.

"එල්.ටී.ටී.ඊ. සංවිධානය කියන්නේ මෙරට නීතියෙන් තහනම් කරපු සංවිධානයක්. ගැසට් නිවේදන මඟින් තහනම් කර ඇති සංවිධානයක ලාංඡන, කොඩි, පතාක, ඡායාරූප හෝ සංකේත භාවිත කරමින් එම සංවිධානය ප්‍රවර්ධනය වන ආකාරයෙන් කටයුතු කිරීමට අපේ රටේ නීතියෙන් කිසිදු අවසරයක් නැහැ. එලෙස යම් තැනක නීතිවිරෝධී ලෙස කටයුතු සිදුවන්නේ නම්, පුද්ගල තරාතිරම හෝ එම කණ්ඩායමේ ප්‍රමාණය නොබලා දැඩිව නීතිය ක්‍රියාත්මක කරනවා."

රට තුළ කිසිදු අයුරකින් ජාතිවාදය හෝ ආගම්වාදය පෝෂණය වීමට රජය පාර්ශ්වයෙන් ඉඩ ලබා දී නොමැති බව පැවසූ අමාත්‍යවරයා, ජාතික සමඟිය මෙන්ම රටට විදෙස් ආයෝජන ආකර්ෂණය කර ගැනීමට නම් සාමකාමී පරිසරයක් පවත්වාගෙන යෑම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය කරුණක් බව ද සඳහන් කළේය.

නීතියේ සීමාව තුළ ඕනෑම පාර්ශ්වයකට උද්ඝෝෂණ හෝ විරෝධතා පැවැත්වීමේ අයිතිය පැවතිය ද, තහනම් සංවිධාන ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීමට රජය කිසිසේත් ඉඩ නොතබන බව හෙතෙම වැඩිදුරටත් කියා සිටියේය.

No Tolerance for Banned Organizations, Minister Nalinda Jayatissa Asserts

Minister of Health Nalinda Jayatissa has emphasized that no party will be allowed to promote illegal organizations, specifically referring to the LTTE, a group proscribed under Sri Lankan law. His remarks came during the political program '360' aired on Derana TV, addressing ongoing discussions surrounding the recent establishment of a Thileepan memorial in the Northern Province.

In response to a question posed by the host about the police intervention in removing the memorial, the Minister pointed out that for many years, commemorative events have been held in the North, particularly from September 15 to 26 each year. He confirmed that the police took legal action before the removal of the memorial, reporting details to the court as part of the process.

"The LTTE is an organization that has been banned by law in this country. There is no legal authorization to utilize any symbols, flags, or photographs associated with a proscribed organization," he stated emphatically. "Should any illegal activities arise in relation to this, strict legal action will be enforced, irrespective of the individuals or the size of the group involved."

Minister Jayatissa further clarified that the government does not permit any form of nationalism or religious extremism to flourish within the country. He highlighted the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment to attract foreign investment and promote national unity.

While acknowledging the right of any group to protest or voice dissent within the bounds of the law, he reiterated that the government will not tolerate any promotion of banned organizations under any circumstances.
