කොළඹ 07, බාන්ස් පෙදෙසේ පිහිටි ඉඩමකට ව්‍යාජ ඔප්පු සකස් කර ඉතා අඩු මුදලකට විකිණීමේ සිද්ධියකට අදාළව, ප්‍රකට මෝටර් රථ ධාවන ශූර ඩිලන්ත මාලගමුව ඇතුළු පුද්ගලයින් දෙදෙනෙකුට මෙරටින් පිටවීම වළක්වමින් කොළඹ ප්‍රධාන මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අසංග එස්. බෝදරගම මහතා අද නියෝගයක් නිකුත් කළේය.

අදාළ ඉඩම් වංචාව සම්බන්ධයෙන් ප්‍රකාශ සටහන් කර ගැනීම සඳහා අවශ්‍යව සිටින මෙම පුද්ගලයින් දිගින් දිගටම අධිකරණය මඟහරිමින් සැඟව සිටින බව අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව අධිකරණයට දැනුම් දුන්නේය.

එබැවින් මෙම සැකකරුවන් දුටු තැන අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට පියවර ගන්නා බවත්, ඔවුන් කිසියම් ආකාරයකින් විදේශගත වුවහොත් විමර්ශන කටයුතුවලට දැඩි බාධාවක් එල්ල විය හැකි බවත් රහස් පොලිසිය අධිකරණය හමුවේ පෙන්වා දුන්නේය.

ඉදිරිපත් වූ කරුණු සලකා බැලූ ප්‍රධාන මහේස්ත්‍රාත්වරයා, විමර්ශනවල ප්‍රගතිය සහ සාධාරණත්වය තහවුරු කිරීම උදෙසා සැකකරුවන්ගේ විදෙස් ගමන් වහාම අත්හිටුවීමට නියෝග කළේය.

කෙසේ වෙතත් මෙම තීන්දුවෙක් අනතුරුව ඩිලන්ත මාලගමුව මහතා තම සමාජ ජාල ගිණුමේ මෙම සටහන තබා ඇත.

Colombo Court Issues Order to Prevent Departure of Two Individuals Linked to Real Estate Fraud

The Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama has issued an order to prevent the departure from the country of two individuals, including prominent motor racing figure Dilant Malagamuwa, in connection with an alleged fraudulent sale of land in the Bambalapitiya area at an undervalued price.

The Criminal Investigation Department informed the court that these individuals have been evading legal proceedings by concealing themselves. The authorities highlighted the urgency of arresting the suspects to ensure the integrity of the ongoing investigation, indicating that their possible departure could severely hinder the inquiry.

After considering these facts, the Chief Magistrate mandated an immediate halt to the suspects' overseas travel in order to confirm the progress of the investigation and uphold justice.

Following the ruling, Dilant Malagamuwa took to social media to comment on the situation.
