පොලිස් විශේෂ කාර්ය බළකායේ පොලිස් අධිකාරිවරයකු විසින් කරන ලද පැමිණිල්ලක් මත එම විමර්ශනය පවත්වන බව පොලිසිය, කොළඹ ප්‍රධාන මහෙස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණය හමුවේ කරුණු වාර්තා කරමින් දන්වා සිටියේය.

Police Launch Investigation into Suspicious Shipment in Colombo
The Police Department's Central Criminal Investigation Division has initiated an investigation to determine whether a recently imported shipment contains illegal drugs or other contraband materials. This announcement was made to the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court on the 8th of this month.
The investigation follows a complaint lodged by an officer from the Police Special Task Force, which was presented in court. Officials from the Central Criminal Investigation Division confirmed that they are actively pursuing inquiries based on credible information regarding the presence of illegal substances in the shipment.
The authorities emphasized that this probe is critical in addressing concerns about the possible smuggling of drugs or illegal items into the country, highlighting their commitment to combating such offenses effectively.
