පාසල් සිසුවෙකුට නිළ නිවසේදි පහර දී තුවාල සිදු කළේ යැයි කියන සිද්ධියක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් හැටන් නෝර්වුඩ් ප්‍ර දේශයේ ප්‍රධාන දමිළ පාසලක විදුහල්පතිවරයා (20) දින හැටන් මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කල අවස්ථාවේ මේ මස (26) දින දක්වා රක්ෂිත බන්ධනාගාර ගත කිරිමට හැටන් මහේස්ත්‍රාත් පීටර් පෝල් මහතා නියෝග කලහ.
හැටන් කලාප අධ්‍යාපන කාර්යාලය යටතේ පාලනය වන එම පාසලේ 08 වන වසරේ අධ්‍යාපනය ලබන සිසුවෙකුට විදුහල්පතිවරයා, ඔහුගේ බිරිද සහ තවත් පිරිසක් එක්ව පහර දී තුවාල සිදු කිරිමෙන් පසු එම පාසල් සිසුවාගේ දෙමව්පියන් සිසුවාව දික්ඔය මුලික රෝහල වෙත ඇතුලත් කර ඒ පිලිබදව නෝර්වුඩ් පොලිසිය වෙත දැනුවත් කිරිමෙන් පසු නෝර්වුඩ් පොලිසිය විසින් එම සිද්ධිය හැටන් මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණය වෙත කරුණු වාර්ථා කර තිබුණි.
සැකකරුවන්ට මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණය මගින් අධිකරණය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් වන ලෙස නිකුත් කර තිබූ නොතිසි අනුව විදුහල්පතිවරයා පමණක් (20) දින අධිකරණය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් වූ අවස්ථාවේ මහේස්ත්‍රාත්වරයා සැකකාර විදුහල්පතිවරයා රක්ෂිත බන්ධනාගාර ගත කිරිමට නියෝග කලහ.

School Principal Arrested for Assaulting Student
A school principal in the Hatton Norwood area has been ordered to remain in custody until the 26th of this month after being presented to the Hatton Magistrate's Court. The 20-year-old principal is accused of physically assaulting a student at a leading Tamil school under the Hatton Educational Division.
Following the incident, which reportedly involved the principal, his wife, and several others inflicting injuries on an eighth-grade student, the child's parents sought medical attention at the Dickoya Base Hospital. They subsequently informed the Norwood police, prompting the authorities to file a report regarding the matter with the Hatton Magistrate's Court.
During the initial court proceedings on the 20th, only the principal appeared before the magistrate, who has since mandated the suspect's continued detention. The case continues to unfold as the court addresses the serious allegations presented.
