ඒ අනුව, සැකකාර පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රීවරයා රුපියල් ලක්ෂයක මුදල් ඇපයක් සහ රුපියල් ලක්ෂ 50 බැගින් වූ ශරීර ඇප තුනක් මත මුදාහැරීමට නියෝග කළ ප්‍රධාන මහේස්ත්‍රාත්වරයා, ඔහුගේ විදේශ ගමන් තහනම් කරමින් නියෝගයක් ද නිකුත් කළේය.
එම තහනම් නියෝගය වහාම ක්‍රියාත්මක වන පරිදි ආගමන හා විගමන පාලකවරයා වෙත දැනුම් දෙන ලෙසද අධිකරණය නියෝග කරනු ලැබීය.

In a significant legal development, Parliament member Namal Rajapaksa has been granted bail under strict conditions following his detention related to a financial transaction reportedly worth 70 million rupees with the Indian company 'Krish.' The ruling was issued today (March 3) by Colombo's Chief Magistrate, Asanga S. Bodaragama.
The Chief Magistrate ordered that Rajapaksa be released on a cash bail of 100,000 rupees and three surety bails of 50,000 rupees each. Additionally, a travel ban was imposed, restricting his ability to leave the country.
The court instructed the relevant authorities to enforce this travel ban immediately, ensuring that immigration officials are informed of the terms without delay.
