යාපනයේ සුළිපුරම් ප්රදේශයේ සාමාන්ය වැසියන්ට අයිති ඉඩම්වල වසර 31 ක් තිස්සේ පවත්වා ගෙන ගිය විශාල ප්රමාණයේ යුද හමුදා කඳවුරක් වන සුළිපුරම් යුද හමුදා කඳවුරෙන් හමුදා සේනාංක ඉවත් වී එම ඉඩම යාපනය දිසාපති කාර්යාලය වෙත 24දා බාර දී තිබේ.
එම කඳවුරේ සිටි හමුදා භට පිරිස් සංගානෙයි යුද හමුදා කඳවුර වෙත ගොස් තිබේ. සුළිපුරම් යුද හමුදා කඳවුරෙන් ඉවත් වන විට හමුදා සේනාංක එම භූමියේ වළදමා තිබූ බිම් බෝම්බ මුලුමනින්ම ඉවත් කොට තිබේ.
හමුදාව විසින් ඉදිකරණ ලද ස්ථිර ගොඩනැගිලි කීපයක් හා තාවකාලික ගොඩනැගිලි කීපයක්ම ඉවත් නොකොට ඉඩම් පමණක් බාරදී තිබේ.
එම ඉඩම් යාපනයේ සංගානෙයි ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම්වරිය වන කවිතා උදයකුමාර් මහත්මිය විසින් යුද හමුදාවෙන් බාර ගෙන යාපනය දිසාපති කාර්යාලයේ ඉඩම් මෙහෙයුම් කමිටුව වෙත බාරදී තිබේ.
ඉඩම්වලට අයිතිවාසිකම් කියන ජනතාවගේ ඉඩම් බලපත්ර හා පිඹුරුපත් පරීක්ෂා කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව එම ඉඩම් ජනතාව යළි පදිංචි කරවීම පිණිස අදාළ නිලධාරීන්ට බාරදීමට නියමිතය.
