If you have a direct access to his bank account, why don’t you release half of it to Sri Lanka treasury so that power-stricken Sri Lankans will be able to buy essential items at least for a shorter periods of time. Wimale won’t be able to take legal action against the Swiss Bank since this money is ill gotten and he can’t prove the way he earned that much of money? Can you do it for us, please?
ReplyDeleteIt's up to the owners of the accounts. Have you not educated at all? Bank managers cannot distribute the money deposited by the clients of their banks among the individuals or institutions of the managers' choice. Anyways, Lanka-c-news has erased it, just 2 comments now, you should understand the gravity of what I revealed.
DeleteOkay, Bank managers cannot distribute ...bla...bla...bla...but my educated friend, can managers reveal the amounts and other details of secret Swiss Bank accounts of their clients?
DeleteLegally, possible under a court order, and ethically no. But if someone wants, they can use an alias and do that, which exactly was what I did. They can't trace back the person who revealed, so the unethical move goes unpunished. I hate to break the company ethics, unfortunately, these are people's money stolen by the MPs, which I thought should at least be shared in a place like this. The clear proof is the absence of the original comment. They erased it, because it did contain real info. I guess this too will likely be erased.
DeleteToo funny indeed! They erased it not because it is true, but since I made a request for them to erase this blatant lie.
DeleteIt was a true and accurate statement. Wimal Weerawansa has over 400 million US Dollars in a Swiss bank account. I am the witness. On what grounds you say it's false? You (if) requested erasing it, and it was immediately entertained because they want to keep it hidden from the public eye. Otherwise, they don't have to. There are far more worse things getting posted against much more reputable characters of the country, but they take no action.
DeleteIf you are so sure prove it. Go to the bribery commission or to the CID, make a statement against him and give all your evidence. Walk the talk!
DeleteThe Swiss banks do not reveal account information under any circumstance, and the Swiss law protects it (that's why the people transfer their black money to Swiss Banks). Sri Lankan courts do not have jurisdiction over Swiss banks. There is no legitimate proof possible as a result, except either accepting my claim or denying it. You unfortunately see it through a political angle, which prevents you from seeing it on neutral grounds.
