සංවිධානාත්මක අපරාධකරුවෙකු වන ‘හරක් කටා’ නමැත්තාට විශේෂ වරප්රසාද සැලසීම සඳහා රුපියල් කෝටි 12ක අල්ලසක් ලබාගැනීමේ සිද්ධියට අදාළව රක්ෂිත බන්ධනාගාරගත කර සිටින නීතිඥ රඛිත රාජපක්ෂ ඇතුළු සැකකරුවන් තිදෙනා ලබන 17 වැනිදා දක්වා යළි රක්ෂිත බන්ධනාගාරගත කිරීමට කොළඹ ප්රධාන මහේස්ත්රාත් අසංග එස්. බෝදරගම මහතා අද (03) නියෝග කළේය.
මෙලෙස යළි රිමාන්ඩ් කෙරුණේ හිටපු අධිකරණ අමාත්යවරයෙකුගේ පුත් නීතිඥ රඛිත නිර්මල රාජපක්ෂ, සමගි ජන බලවේගයේ හෝරණ ආසන සංවිධායක චරිත වසන්ත කුමාර අබේසිංහ සහ සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා අධිකාරියේ හිටපු අධ්යක්ෂවරයෙකු වන වරුෂහැන්නැදිගේ අරුණ ශ්රී චතුරංග යන අයයි.
සැකකරුවන් වෙනුවෙන් ඉදිරිපත් කළ ඇප ඉල්ලීම් සලකා බැලූ මහේස්ත්රාත්වරයා, ඔවුන්ට ඇප ලබාදීමට තරම් ප්රමාණවත් කරුණු ඉදිරිපත් වී නොමැති බව පවසමින් එම ඉල්ලීම් ප්රතික්ෂේප කළේය.
අල්ලස් හෝ දූෂණ විමර්ශන කොමිෂන් සභාව අධිකරණයට කරුණු දක්වමින් විශේෂ අනාවරණයක් සිදු කළේය.
මෙම අල්ලස් මුදල ලබාගැනීම සඳහා සැකකරුවන් ඩුබායි රාජ්යයට ගිය අවස්ථාවේදී, හිටපු අධිකරණ අමාත්ය විජයදාස රාජපක්ෂ මහතා ද එහි රැඳී සිට ඇති බව විමර්ශනවලදී හෙළි වී තිබේ.
අල්ලස් කොමිසම වෙනුවෙන් පෙනී සිටි සහකාර අධ්යක්ෂ අනුෂා සම්බන්ධප්පෙරුම මහත්මිය අධිකරණය හමුවේ ප්රකාශ කළේ, මෙම මහා පරිමාණ අල්ලස් ගනුදෙනුවට විජයදාස රාජපක්ෂ මහතාගේ කිසියම් සම්බන්ධතාවයක් හෝ මැදිහත්වීමක් පවතින්නේද යන්න පිළිබඳව මේ වන විට පුළුල් විමර්ශනයක් ආරම්භ කර ඇති බවයි.
පළවෙනි සැකකරු ලබාගත් ලක්ෂ 200 ක මුදල නැවත හර්බි හෙවත් නිර්මල බණ්ඩාර යන තැනැත්තාගේ යහළුවකු වන ලසන්ත මංජුල ද සිල්වා හරහා මෙම සිද්ධියේ පළමු පැමිණිලිකාරිය වන හරක් කටාගේ බිරිඳ වන මහේෂිකා මධුවන්ති යන අයට ලබා දී තිබෙනවා.තවද එම මුදල ලබා දී තිබෙන තැන පිළිබදවද අනාවරණය වුණා. එනම් නුගේගොඩ , නාවල පාර, විජයබා මාවත නැමති ස්ථානයේදි. එම නිවස අයිති විජේදාස රාජපක්ෂට බවයි අනාවරණය වන්නේ.
තවද මෙලෙස මෙම සැකකරුවන් ලබා ගන්නා ලද මෙම මුදල් උණ්ඩියල් ක්රමය ඔස්සේ ගෙනා බවයි සඳහන් වන්නේ. ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් ද විමර්ශනයක් පවත්වනවා.තවද මෙම සැකකරුවන් තිදෙනා දුරකථන සම්බන්ධතා පවත්වනු ලැබු ජංගම දුරකථන සහ වට්සැප් සම්බන්ධයෙන් වැඩිදුර විමර්ශන සිදු කරනවා.

The remanded individuals include Rakhitha's brother, former Minister of Justice Nirmal Rajapaksha, coordinator of the Samagi Jana Balavegaya for Horana, Charitha Vasantha Kumara Abeysinha, and a former director of the Civil Aviation Authority, Aruna Sri Chaturanga Varushahan.
The magistrate rejected bail requests presented on behalf of the suspects, stating that insufficient evidence had been submitted to warrant granting bail.
The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption revealed significant information during the court proceedings.
It has been disclosed in investigations that during the suspects' trip to the state of Dubai, former Minister Wijedasa Rajapaksha was also present there.
Ms. Anusha Samanapperuma, assistant director appearing for the Commission, stated in court that a broad investigation has commenced regarding any connections or involvement of Wijedasa Rajapaksha in this major bribery transaction.
The first suspect received 200,000 rupees, which was reportedly given to Maheshika Madhuwanthi, the wife of Harak Kata, through Lasantha Manjula de Silva, a friend of Nirmal Bandara, also known as Harbi. Furthermore, the location where this money was handed over has also been revealed to be on Vijaya Road in Nugegoda, owned by Wijedasa Rajapaksha.
Additionally, it has been indicated that the funds were brought in through a Hawala system. Investigations regarding this are ongoing. Further inquiries are also being conducted into the mobile phone communications, including WhatsApp exchanges, among the three suspects.
