පොලිස් නිශ්කාශන වාර්තා පද්ධතිය බිද වැටේ.. තාවකාලික ක්‍රමයක් හඳුන්වා දෙයි...

 බත්තරමුල්ල, සුහුරුපාය ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ පිහිටි පොලිස් නිශ්කාශන අංශයේ දත්ත පද්ධතියේ හදිසි බිඳ වැටීමක් හේතුවෙන්, නිශ්කාශන සහතික ලබා ගැනීමට අපේක්ෂා කරන මහජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් තාවකාලික ක්‍රමවේදයක් හඳුන්වා දීමට පොලිස් මූලස්ථානය පියවර ගෙන තිබේ.

පොලිස් මාධ්‍ය කොට්ඨාසය සඳහන් කරන පරිදි, නිශ්කාශන සහතික සඳහා අයදුම් කිරීම, වාර්තා කැඳවීම සහ සහතික මුද්‍රණය කිරීම සිදු කරන මධ්‍යගත දත්ත පද්ධතිය පසුගිය 20 වනදා දහවල් සිට අක්‍රිය වී ඇත. එම පද්ධතිය යළි යථාවත් කරන තෙක් මහජනතාවට සිය අයදුම්පත් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සඳහා පහත සඳහන් විකල්ප ක්‍රමවේදය අනුගමනය කළ හැකිය.

ඒ අනුව, අයදුම්කරුවන් www.police.lk නිල වෙබ් අඩවියට පිවිස අදාළ අයදුම්පත (Download Application) බාගත කරගත යුතුය. සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද එම අයදුම්පත, ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පතේ සහ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රයේ ඡායා පිටපත් ද සමඟ clear.application@police.gov.lk යන විද්‍යුත් ලිපිනයට යොමු කළ යුතු බව පොලිසිය දැනුම් දෙයි.

මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී කිසිදු මුදල් ගෙවීමක් සිදු කිරීම අවශ්‍ය නොවන අතර, පද්ධතිය යථාවත් වූ වහාම අදාළ ගෙවීම් සිදු කර මාර්ගගත (Online) ක්‍රමය ඔස්සේ නැවත අයදුම් කිරීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.

මේ වන විටත් අයදුම්පත් ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇති පුද්ගලයන් සඳහා නිශ්කාශන වාර්තා නිකුත් කිරීමේ කටයුතු ද ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ. ඒ අනුව, තම අයදුම්පතට අදාළ යොමු අංකය පොලිස් වෙබ් අඩවියේ පළ කර ඇති අයදුම්කරුවන්ට බත්තරමුල්ල, සුහුරුපාය ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ 17 වන මහලේ පිහිටි නිශ්කාශන අංශය වෙත පැමිණ සිය වාර්තාව ලබාගත හැකිය. සෙනසුරාදා සහ ඉරිදා දිනවල ද මෙම වාර්තා ලබා ගැනීමට පහසුකම් සලසා ඇත.

කෙසේ වෙතත්, වෙබ් අඩවියේ යොමු අංකය පළ කර නොමැති අයදුම්කරුවන්ට සිය වාර්තා ලබාගත හැක්කේ දත්ත පද්ධතිය යථාවත් කිරීමෙන් පසුව බව පොලිසිය වැඩිදුරටත් දන්වා සිටියි. පද්ධතිය යථා තත්ත්වයට පත් කිරීම සඳහා මේ වන විට කටයුතු යොදා ඇති අතර, එය සක්‍රිය වූ වහාම ඒ පිළිබඳව මහජනතාව දැනුවත් කිරීමට නියමිතය.

Temporary Measures Implemented Following System Crash at Police Bureau

A sudden crash of the data system at the Police Documentation Division located in Battaramulla has prompted the police headquarters to introduce temporary measures for the public seeking documentation certificates.

As reported by the Police Media Division, the centralized data system responsible for processing applications, generating reports, and printing certificates has been inactive since noon on the 20th of this month. Until the system is restored, the public can follow an alternative procedure to submit their applications.

Applicants are required to visit the official police website at www.police.lk to download the necessary application form. The completed application, along with photocopies of the national identity card and passport, should be sent via email to clear.application@police.gov.lk.

No payment is required at this stage, and once the system is operational again, applicants must reapply online to fulfill the payment process.

Meanwhile, the issuance of documentation reports for those who have already submitted applications is ongoing. Applicants can visit the Documentation Division on the 17th floor of the building in Battaramulla to collect their reports, based on the reference number posted on the police website. Facilities for report collection will also be available on Saturdays and Sundays.

However, those applicants who do not have their reference numbers posted on the website will only be able to collect their reports after the data system is restored. The police have indicated that measures are currently underway to restore the system and the public will be informed as soon as it becomes active again.
