කොහුවල, විමලසිරි මාවතේ පිහිටි නිවසක් ඉලක්ක කර ගනිමින් ස්කූටර් වර්ගයේ යතුරුපැදියකින් පැමිණි නාඳුනන පුද්ගලයන් දෙදෙනෙකු විසින් අත්බෝම්බ ප්‍රහාරයක් එල්ල කර පලාගොස් ඇති බව කොහුවල පොලිසිය පවසයි.

මෙම ප්‍රහාරය එල්ල වන අවස්ථාවේදී අදාළ නිවසේ 56 හැවිරිදි වියේ පසුවන කාන්තාවක් පමණක් රැඳී සිට ඇති අතර, කිසිදු තැනැත්තෙකුට ශාරීරික හානියක් සිදුව නොමැති බව පොලිසිය තහවුරු කරයි.

කෙසේ වෙතත්, එල්ල වූ බෝම්බ පිපිරීම හේතුවෙන් නිවස ඉදිරිපස සවිකර තිබූ ජනෙල් දෙකක වීදුරුවලට දැඩි අලාභහානි සිදුව තිබේ.

Bomb Attack on House in Kohuwala Leaves Property Damaged

Police in Kohuwala report that two unidentified individuals launched a grenade attack on a house located on Vimalasiri Mawatha before fleeing the scene on a scooter.

At the time of the attack, a 56-year-old woman was the only occupant of the residence, and authorities have confirmed that she suffered no physical injuries.

However, the explosion caused significant damage to the windows of two front-facing rooms of the house.

Investigations into the incident are currently underway by the Kohuwala police.
