නැවත මේ රටේ මැතිවරණයකට යෑමට ප්‍රථම රජය බලයට පැමිණීමට ප්‍රථම ලබා දුන් සියලුම පොරොන්දු ඉටු කරන බව නුවරඑළිය දිස්ත්‍රික් සංවර්ධන කමිටුවේ සභාපති සහ නුවරඑළිය දිස්ත්‍රික් පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී මංජුල සුරවීරආරච්චි මහතා පැවසිය.

මංජුල සුරවීරආරච්චි මහතා ඒ බැව් (17) දින කියා සිටියේ ගිනිගත්හේන ප්‍ර දේශයේ පැවති උත්සවයකදීය.

මෙහිදි වැඩිදුරටත් අදහස් දැක්වූ මංජුල සුරවීරආරච්චි මහතා කියා සිටියේ., පවතින යුද්ධයත් සමග මෙඑටට පැමිණෙමින් තිබූ තාර නැව් 30ක් පමණ යුද්ධයෙන් විනාශ වී ඇති බවයි.

කෙසේ වෙතත්, දැනට තිබෙන තාර කලමණාකරණය කර ගනිමින් මාර්ග සංවර්ධනය අඛණ්ඩව සිදු කරන බවද මංජුල සුරවීරආරච්චි මහතා පැවසීය.

2024 වසරේ තම රජය බලයට පැමිණීමට ප්‍රථම මධ්‍යම පළාතේම සංවර්ධනයට රු.මිලියන 5000ක මුදලක් එවකට රජය මගින් ලබා දුන් බවත්, පසුව වත්මන් රජය රු.මිලියන 13500ක් ලබා දුන් බවත්, 2026 වසර වෙනුවෙන් මේ වන විට රු.මිලියන 55000ක් දක්වා වැඩි කර ඇති බවයි.

මධ්‍යම පළාත තුල පළාත් පාලන ආයතන බලය කාට හිමි වූවත්, අවංකව කටයුතු කරන සෑම පළාත් පාලන ආයතනයකම පක්ෂ භේදයකින් තොරව ප්‍රතිපාදන ලබා දෙමින් සංවර්ධන කටයුතු කරන බවයි මංජුල සුරවීරආරච්චි මහතා කියා සිටියේ.

Commitment to Pre-Election Promises Emphasized by Central Province MP

The Chairman of the Nuwara Eliya District Development Committee and Member of Parliament, Manjula Surawirarchchi, assured that all promises made by the government prior to assuming power will be fulfilled before the next elections.

Speaking at a recent festival in the Ginigathhena area on the 17th, Surawirarchchi reiterated the government's commitment to the people.

He revealed that approximately 30 naval vessels have been destroyed due to ongoing conflicts, highlighting the challenges facing national security. Despite this, he emphasized that efforts to manage and develop maritime routes will continue without interruption.

Surawirarchchi noted that the previous government allocated 5 billion rupees for development in the Central Province ahead of the 2024 elections, while the current administration has increased that figure to 13.5 billion rupees. Additionally, for the year 2026, the budget has reportedly been boosted to 55 billion rupees.

Regardless of which political party is in control, he stressed that every local government institution dedicated to genuine service will receive support and resources without bias, ensuring continued development efforts.
