හැටන් නගරයේ අද (25) අලුයම් කාලයේදී වෙළෙඳසැල් හතරක් කඩා ඇතුළු වූ පුද්ගලයකු එහි තිබූ මුදල් සහ භාණ්ඩ තොගයක් සොරාගෙන ගොස් තිබේ.
මෙලෙස සොරකමට ලක්ව ඇත්තේ හැටන් නගරයේ පැති වීදියේ පිහිටි රන් ආභරණ නිෂ්පාදනාගාර තුනක් සහ සිල්ලර වෙළෙඳසැලකි.
වෙළෙඳසැල්වල දොරවල්වල අගුළු කිසියම් ආයුධයකින් කපා ඇතුළු වී ඇති සැකකරු, එම ස්ථානවල සවිකර තිබූ CCTV කැමරා මිටියකින් පහරදී කඩා දමා ඇති අතර, ඇතැම් කැමරාවල දිශාවන් වෙනස් කරමින් සොරකමේ නිරත වන අයුරු වෙළෙඳසැල් දෙකක ආරක්ෂිත කැමරා පද්ධතිවල සටහන් වී තිබේ.
මෙම සොරකම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් අදාළ වෙළෙඳසැල් හතරේම හිමිකරුවන් හැටන් පොලිස් ස්ථානයට පැමිණිලි ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇත.

Robbery Hits Businesses in Hettan Town
In an early morning heist today (25th), a suspect broke into four shops in Hettan Town, making off with a substantial amount of cash and goods.
The targeted establishments included three gold jewelry manufacturing units and a retail outlet located along the town's prominent main road.
Authorities revealed that the intruder compromised the locks at the entrances with some form of weaponry. Surveillance footage from CCTV cameras shows the suspect destroying several of these cameras and altering their angles, capturing their activities inside two of the stores.
The owners of the affected businesses have lodged formal complaints at the Hettan Police Station regarding the incident.
This theft is among several recent similar occurrences reported in Hettan Town, prompting local police to intensify investigations to apprehend the perpetrator.
