Iran Launches Coordinated Missile and Drone Strikes Against U.S. Military Bases in Response to Attacks

In a significant escalation of hostilities, Iranian military forces have launched a series of coordinated missile and drone attacks targeting U.S. military installations located in Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. This offensive is a direct response to ongoing American strikes focused on southern Iran.

The operations were conducted collaboratively by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Iranian military, with officials warning that the United States would face far more severe consequences if it continued its current course of action.

According to a statement issued by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, tensions flared following illegal movements by U.S. naval vessels in the vicinity of the Hormuz Strait, leading to retaliatory airstrikes on communication posts and bases along the Iranian coastline.

The initial stages of Iran’s response targeted the facilities at the Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan, where they executed airstrikes.
