ඇමති බංගලා ආයෝජකයන්ට...

 කොළඹ නගරයේ පිහිටි දැවැන්ත ඇමති බංගලා 25න් 16ක් ආර්ථික වශයෙන් ඵලදායී ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා යොදා ගැනීමට රජය තීරණය කර තිබේ. මේ සඳහා වන විවෘත ආයෝජන යෝජනා ඉදිරි සතිය ඇතුළත කැඳවීමට නියමිතව ඇත.

වසර දෙකකට වැඩි කාලයක් තිස්සේ කිසිදු ප්‍රයෝජනයකට නොගෙන වසා දමා තිබීම හේතුවෙන් මෙම වටිනා ගොඩනැගිලි මේ වන විට ජරාවාස වෙමින් පවතින බව වාර්තා වේ.

රජයේ නව ප්‍රතිපත්තියට අනුව, මෙම බංගලා කිසිවක් වත්මන් රජයේ ඇමතිවරුන්ගේ පෞද්ගලික පරිහරණය සඳහා ලබා නොදීමට ජාතික ජන බලවේගය ප්‍රතිපත්තිමය තීරණයක් ගෙන තිබේ.

රජයේ සැලසුමට අනුව, බංගලා 16ක් විවිධ ආයෝජන ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා විවෘත කෙරෙන අතර, ඉතිරි බංගලා 9 නිවාස හෝ තානාපති කාර්යාල සඳහා දිගුකාලීන බදු පදනම මත ලබාදීමට අපේක්ෂිතය.

ඇතැම් බංගලා පිහිටි ප්‍රදේශ වාණිජ ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා උචිත නොවන බැවින්, ඒවා නිල නිවාස හෝ කාර්යාල සඳහා වෙන් කිරීමට මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශය තීරණය කර ඇත.

මීට පෙර අවස්ථාවලදී මෙම බංගලා අතරින් තුනක් විශේෂ අධිකරණ පිහිටුවීම සඳහා ද, එක් බංගලාවක් අල්ලස් හෝ දූෂණ විමර්ශන කොමිෂන් සභාවේ කටයුතු සඳහා ද වෙන් කර තිබිණි.

මෙම වටිනා රාජ්‍ය සම්පත් විනාශ වීමට ඉඩ නොදී, ඒවා නිසි ලෙස කළමනාකරණය කරමින් රටේ ආර්ථිකයට දායක කර ගැනීම රජයේ මූලික අරමුණ වී තිබේ.

Government to Revitalize State Bungalows in Colombo for Development Projects

The Sri Lankan government has decided to allocate 16 of its 25 state bungalows located in Colombo for economic development projects. Open investment proposals for these properties are expected to be called within the next week.

These valuable buildings have been left unused for over two years and are reportedly deteriorating due to lack of maintenance.

In accordance with a new government policy, the National People's Power has made a firm decision that none of these bungalows will be made available for the personal use of current government ministers.

As per the government's plan, 16 bungalows will be repurposed for various investment projects, while the remaining nine are anticipated to be offered for long-term rental as residences or for diplomatic office use.

Some bungalows have been identified as unsuitable for commercial projects; hence, the Ministry of Finance has decided to reserve these properties for official residences or offices.

In previous instances, three of these bungalows were designated for the establishment of a special court, while one was allocated for operations related to the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.

The government's primary objective is to ensure that these valuable state assets are managed appropriately and contribute to the country’s economy without being allowed to fall into disrepair.
