විජේදාසට, පුත් රඛිතට තවත් ලෙඩක්.. අපරාධවලින් දේපල උපයලාදැයි සොයන්න කියයි..

 හිටපු අධිකරණ අමාත්‍ය, ජනාධිපති නීතිඥ විජයදාස රාජපක්ෂ සහ ඔහුගේ පුත් නීතිඥ රඛිත රාජපක්ෂ යන මහත්වරුන් ඇතුළු පිරිසකගේ වත්කම් පිළිබඳව වහාම විමර්ශනයක් පවත්වන ලෙස ඉල්ලා අල්ලස, දූෂණය සහ නාස්තියට එරෙහි පුරවැසි බලය සංවිධානය අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට පැමිණිල්ලක් ඉදිරිපත් කර තිබේ.

අපරාධයකින් උත්පාදිත දේපළ පිළිබඳ විමර්ශන කොට්ඨාසය වෙත මෙම පැමිණිල්ල ඉදිරිපත් කරමින් එම සංවිධානය ඉල්ලා සිටින්නේ, අදාළ පුද්ගලයන් සතු දේපළ සහ බැංකු ගිණුම් උපයාගත් ආකාරය පිළිබඳව පුළුල් පරීක්ෂණයක් සිදුකරන ලෙසයි.

මෙම පැමිණිල්ල ඉදිරිපත් වන්නේ, සංවිධානාත්මක අපරාධ කල්ලි නායක නඳුන් චින්තක වික්‍රමරත්න හෙවත් ‘හරක් කටා’ නමැත්තාට රැඳවුම් භාරයේ සිටියදී සහන සැලසීම සඳහා රුපියල් කෝටි 12ක අල්ලසක් ලබාගැනීමේ සිද්ධියට අදාළව රඛිත රාජපක්ෂ මහතා මේ වන විට රක්ෂිත බන්ධනාගාරගත කර සිටින පසුබිමකය.

ඩුබායි රාජ්‍යයේදී සිදුකළ බව කියන මෙම අල්ලස් ගනුදෙනුව සම්බන්ධයෙන් අල්ලස් හෝ දූෂණ විමර්ශන කොමිෂන් සභාව විසින් රඛිත රාජපක්ෂ ඇතුළු සැකකරුවන් තිදෙනෙකු අත්අඩංගුවට ගනු ලැබීය.

මෙම සිද්ධියේ වඩාත්ම ආන්දෝලනාත්මක කරුණ වන්නේ, අදාළ අල්ලස් සාකච්ඡා නිමවා සැකකරුවන් ඩුබායි සිට යළි දිවයිනට පැමිණි ගුවන් යානයේදීම හිටපු අධිකරණ අමාත්‍ය විජයදාස රාජපක්ෂ මහතා ද පැමිණ ඇති බවට අල්ලස් කොමිසම අධිකරණය හමුවේ කරුණු අනාවරණය කිරීමයි. එම සංචාරය සඳහා හිටපු අමාත්‍යවරයාගේ සම්බන්ධතාවය පිළිබඳව ද විමර්ශනයක් පවත්වන බව කොමිසම අවධාරණය කර තිබේ.

අල්ලස හා දූෂණයට එරෙහි පුරවැසි බලය සංවිධානය පෙන්වා දෙන්නේ, ඉහළ පෙළේ දේශපාලනඥයන් සහ නීති ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ පුද්ගලයන් මෙවැනි බරපතළ අපරාධ චෝදනාවලට ලක්වීම රටේ නීතියේ ආධිපත්‍යයට දැඩි තර්ජනයක් බවයි.

එබැවින්, ඔවුන් සතු සියලුම චංචල සහ නිශ්චල දේපළ පිළිබඳව විනිවිදභාවයකින් යුත් විමර්ශනයක් පවත්වා, ඒවා නීති විරෝධී ලෙස උපයාගත් දේපළ ද යන්න තහවුරු කරගත යුතු බව එම සංවිධානය සිය පැමිණිල්ල මගින් වැඩිදුරටත් අවධාරණය කර ඇත.

Investigation Demanded into Assets of Former Justice Minister and Family

The organization against corruption and fraud has lodged a complaint with the Criminal Investigation Department, requesting an immediate investigation into the assets of former Justice Minister and Presidential Counsel Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe and his son Attorney-at-Law Rakhitha Rajapakshe.

In their complaint to the Asset Investigations Division, the organization urged that a comprehensive inquiry be conducted into how the respective individuals accumulated their wealth and bank accounts.

This complaint has been filed in the backdrop of Rakhitha Rajapakshe currently being held in custody following an incident where a bribe of 120 million rupees was allegedly solicited to provide relief to a notorious organized crime leader named Chinthaka Vikramaratne, also known as 'Harak Kata'.

In connection with this alleged bribery transaction said to have taken place in the State of Dubai, three suspects, including Rakhitha Rajapakshe, were taken into custody by the Bribery or Corruption Commission.

What is particularly alarming about this incident is the revelation by the Bribery Commission in court that former Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe was on the same flight returning to the country from Dubai, after allegedly concluding discussions related to the bribery. The Commission has emphasized that an investigation is underway regarding the former minister's involvement in this travel.

The organization against corruption and fraud highlights that the implication of high-ranking politicians and individuals in the legal field in such serious criminal allegations poses a significant threat to the supremacy of law in the country.

Consequently, they further urged that a transparent investigation be conducted into all movable and immovable assets owned by these individuals to ascertain whether they were acquired illegally.
