 ව්‍යාජ ලේඛන සකස් කරමින් විවිධ මූල්‍ය වංචාවල නිරත වූ බව කියන හිටපු විනිසුරුවරියකට එරෙහිව වහාම නීතිමය පියවර ගන්නා ලෙස ඉල්ලමින් කොළඹ වංචා විමර්ශන කාර්යාංශය වෙත පැමිණිල්ලක් ඉදිරිපත් වී තිබේ.

ලෝක බෞද්ධ මහා සම්මේලනයේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ සභාපති සුදත් දේවපුර මහතා විසින් මෙම ලිඛිත පැමිණිල්ල ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇත.

ආගමික කටයුතු සංවිධානය කරන මුවාවෙන් මෙම ව්‍යාජ ලේඛනය භාවිත කරමින් මහා පරිමාණ මූල්‍ය වංචා සිදු කර ඇති බවට චෝදනා එල්ල වී තිබේ.

එසේම, අදාළ ලේඛනය නීතිවිරෝධී අධිකරණ කටයුතු සඳහා ද යොදා ගනිමින් මූල්‍යමය වාසි ලබාගෙන ඇති බව පැමිණිලිකරු පෙන්වා දෙයි.

මෙම සිද්ධිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් කඩිනම් හා විධිමත් විමර්ශනයක් පවත්වා, අදාළ හිටපු විනිසුරුවරිය ඇතුළු පිරිසට එරෙහිව අවශ්‍ය නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ගන්නා ලෙස කොළඹ වංචා විමර්ශන කාර්යාංශයෙන් වැඩිදුරටත් ඉල්ලා ඇත.

Legal Action Demanded Against Former Judge Over Fraud Allegations

A formal complaint has been lodged with the Colombo Fraud Investigation Division, urging immediate legal action against a former judge accused of being involved in various financial fraud schemes by preparing counterfeit documents.

The complaint highlights that this individual, with the assistance of a retired deputy inspector general and an attorney, orchestrated the fabrication of these documents, facilitating numerous fraudulent activities.

Submitted by Sudath Dewapura, the chairman of the Sri Lanka center at the World Buddhist Congress, the written complaint points to substantial financial fraud conducted under the guise of religious activities through the use of these forged documents.

Additionally, the complainant indicates that the counterfeit document was also misused in illegal court proceedings, enabling the acquisition of financial benefits.

The Colombo Fraud Investigation Division has been requested to conduct a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter and to take necessary legal actions against the former judge and others involved.
