Hansamali emphasized that she has no knowledge of an individual named 'Siraan Basith' and categorically stated that there is no association between them. She further disclosed that although she met a person called 'Padma' at a New Year celebration in Dubai, there was no financial transaction of any kind involved.

In her statement, Hansamali revealed that she has provided a formal statement to the Criminal Investigation Department regarding these matters. She underscored that all her wealth and luxurious lifestyle are derived from legitimate earnings through businesses she operates herself.

Rejecting any notion of acquiring 'black money' through drug trafficking or other illegal means, she expressed pride in being a self-made woman. Hansamali also conveyed her discontent regarding the spread of falsehoods that exploit her name.
