The violence unfolded within the premises of the Skills Development Fund, leading to increased scrutiny of internal conflicts within the organization. According to reports, the assault stems from dissatisfaction among the staff regarding the administrative methods employed by the head of the organization. This discontent has created a tense atmosphere, escalating into the recent attack on the official.

Additionally, the decision by the head to transfer two officials from the fund is believed to have fueled the unrest among the staff, further aggravating the situation.
