2027 මුදල් වර්ෂය සඳහා වන රජයේ සේවා වියදම් ඇස්තමේන්තුව රුපියල් බිලියන 4,992 ඉක්මවමින් සකස් කරන ලද විසර්ජන පනත් කෙටුම්පත මුදල්, ක්රමසම්පාදන සහ ආර්ථික සංවර්ධන අමාත්යවරයාගේ නියමය පරිදි රජයේ අතිවිශේෂ ගැසට් පත්රයක් මඟින් ප්රකාශයට පත් කර තිබේ.
අදාළ ගැසට් නිවේදනයට අනුව, 2027 ජනවාරි 01 වැනිදා සිට දෙසැම්බර් 31 වැනිදා දක්වා වන කාලසීමාව තුළ රජයේ සේවා වියදම් වෙනුවෙන් ඇස්තමේන්තු කර ඇති මුළු මුදල රුපියල් හාරදහස් නවසිය අනූ දෙක බිලියන හත්සිය හැත්තෑ තුන් මිලියන තුන්සිය අසූ අටදහසකි (රු. 4,992,773,338,000).
මෙම සමස්ත සේවා වියදම් අතුරින් රුපියල් බිලියන 3,240 කට අධික මුදලක් (රු. 3,240,242,388,000) පුනරාවර්තන වියදම් ලෙස වෙන් කර ඇති අතර, සංවර්ධන හා ව්යාපෘති කටයුතු වෙනුවෙන් වන මූලධන වියදම් ලෙස රුපියල් බිලියන 1,752 කට අධික මුදලක් (රු. 1,752,531,000,000) වෙන් කර ඇත.
2027 මුදල් වර්ෂය තුළ ආණ්ඩුව වෙනුවෙන් මෙරටින් හෝ විදේශයන්ගෙන් ලබාගත හැකි උපරිම ණය මුදලේ ශේෂය රුපියල් තුන්දහස් අටසිය බිලියනයක් (රුපියල් ට්රිලියන 3.8 ක්) නොඉක්මවිය යුතු බවට මෙම පනත් කෙටුම්පත මඟින් සීමා පනවා ඇත.
මීට අමතරව, ආණ්ඩුක්රම ව්යවස්ථාව සහ රාජ්ය ණය කළමනාකරණ පනත ඇතුළු විවිධ නීති මඟින් ඒකාබද්ධ අරමුදලට සෘජුවම වැය බරක් වන පරිදි ප්රතිපාදන සලසා ඇති ඇස්තමේන්තුගත මුදල රුපියල් බිලියන 4,927 කි (රු. 4,927,229,612,000). මෙහිදී රාජ්ය ණය හා පොලී ගෙවීම් ආවරණය වන භාණ්ඩාගාර මෙහෙයුම් සඳහා රුපියල් බිලියන 4,845 ක් සහ විශ්රාම වැටුප් ගෙවීම් සඳහා රුපියල් බිලියන 82 ක් සෘජුවම වෙන් කර තිබේ.
Government Allocates Over Rs. 4.99 Trillion for 2027 Public Service Expenditure
The government's projected budget for public service expenditure in the fiscal year 2027 has been prepared, surpassing a staggering Rs. 4,992 billion. The announcement was made through an extraordinary gazette notification issued under the directive of the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization, and National Planning.
According to the relevant gazette notice, the total estimate for government service expenditures is set at Rs. 4,992,773,338,000 for the period spanning from January 1 to December 31, 2027.
Of this total, a substantial amount exceeding Rs. 3,240 billion (Rs. 3,240,242,388,000) has been allocated for recurrent expenditures, while more than Rs. 1,752 billion (Rs. 1,752,531,000,000) is earmarked for capital expenditures related to development and project initiatives.
The budget also stipulates that the maximum balance of loans that the government can acquire, whether locally or internationally, should not exceed Rs. 3.8 trillion (Rs. 3,800 billion).
Furthermore, various laws including the constitutional framework and the Public Debt Management Act, provide for allocations directly impacting the consolidated fund. The estimated amount set aside for this purpose stands at Rs. 4,927 billion (Rs. 4,927,229,612,000). This includes Rs. 4,845 billion designated for government debt and interest repayments, and Rs. 82 billion allocated for pension payments.
