 දෙරණ '360' වැඩසටහනට එක්වෙමින් මන්ත්‍රීවරයා මේ බව අනාවරණය කළේය.

ඩී.වී. චානක මහතා චෝදනා කළේ, මීට පෙර තෙල් පිරිපහදුව පමණක් ආයෝජනය සඳහා වෙන් කිරීමට සැලසුම් කර තිබුණද, වත්මන් රජය මුළු සංස්ථාවම විකුණා දැමීමට පියවර ගනිමින් සිටින බවයි.

එසේම, ලංකා ගල් අඟුරු සමාගම වැනි අතරමැදි ආයතන පවත්වාගෙන යාමෙන් පාරිභෝගිකයාට අමතර බරක් පැටවෙන බවත්, එම බලතල සෘජුවම බලාගාර වෙත ලබා දිය යුතු බවත් ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් ප්‍රකාශ කළේය.

Government Plans to Privatize Lanka Mineral Oil Corporation, Claims MP D.V. Chanaka

Member of Parliament D.V. Chanaka has raised alarms about the government's intentions to sell the Lanka Mineral Oil Corporation. Speaking during the "Derana 360" program, he disclosed that the current administration is preparing to privatize the state-owned entity.

Chanaka emphasized that while previous plans focused solely on inviting investment for oil refining activities, the latest developments indicate a shift towards a full divestiture of the corporation.

He also pointed out that maintaining intermediary institutions like the Lanka Coal Company adds unnecessary costs for consumers and asserted that power supply should be delivered directly to end-users.
