දිත්වා ගිහින් අවුරුද්දයි.. ගැලවුනු පාසැල් බැම්ම තාම හදා නැතැයි දෙමවුපියන් විරෝධතා..

දිට්ඨා සුළි කුණාටුව නිසා නාවලපිටිය ශ්‍රී කවීෂ්වර වේළුවනාරාම විහාරස්ථානයේ ආරක්ෂිත බැම්ම නායායෑම නිසා ඊට පහලින් ඇති අනුරුද්ධ කුමාර ජාතික පාසලේ ප්‍රාථමික අංශයේ දරුවන්ගේ දෛනික අධ්‍යාපනය කටයුතු සිදුකර ගැනීමට නොහැකි බව පවසමින් (28) දින එම විද්‍යාලයේ ඉදිරිපිට එම පාසලේ අධ්‍යාපනය ලබන සිසු සිසුවියන්ගේ දෙමාපියන් විසින් උද්ඝෝෂණයක් පවත්වනු ලැබුහ. 

දේශපාලන අධිකාරිය සහ අධ්‍යාපන බලධාරීන් මේ පිළිබඳ කිසිදු තැකීමක් නොකරන බවත්, වැසි දිනවල පාසල වසා දැමීම නිසා‍ තම දරුවන් නිවෙස් වල තබා ගැනීමට සිදුවී ඇති බවත්, ඒ තුලින් තම දරුව්නගේ අධ්‍යාපනය අඩාල වන බවයි උද්ගෝෂනයේ නිරත දෙමව්පියන් කියා සිටියේ.

මහනුවර දිස්ත්‍රික් පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රිණි තුශාරි ජයසිංහ මහත්මිය විසින් දිට්ටා සුළි කුණාටුවෙන් මසකට පමණ පසු මෙම ස්ථානයේ නිරීක්‍ෂණය කර ඉතා ඉක්මනින්  ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණය කර දෙන බවට පොරොන්දු වුවත් මේ වනතුරු එය ඉටු නොවුන බවයි උද්ගෝෂණයේ නිරත දෙමව්පියන් කියා සිටින්නේ. 

මීට දින කිහිපයකට පෙර ඇදහැලුණු ධාරානිපාත වර්ෂාව සමගද දින පහක් එම පාසල පාසල වසා දමා තිබී (28)  දිනයේ අධ්‍යයන කටයුතු සඳහා විවෘත කර ඇත.

Parents Protest Over Disruption of Education Due to Storm Damage in Navalaipitiya

The destructive winds brought by the recent Ditta cyclone have rendered the protective wall of the Shri Kaveeshwara Vellavanaram Temple in Navalaipitiya unstable, leading to significant disruptions in the daily education of children at Anuruddha Kumar National School. On the 28th, parents of students gathered outside the school to voice their concerns.

They expressed frustration over the lack of attention from political authorities and educational officials, highlighting that the closure of the school during rainy days has forced children to stay home, severely impacting their education.

Despite assurances from State Minister Thushari Jayasinha that swift repairs would be undertaken more than a month after the cyclone, parents claim no significant actions have been taken so far.

Furthermore, this follows a recent incident where the school was closed for five days due to continuous heavy rainfall. As of the 28th, the school has finally reopened for educational activities.
