නාමල්ට ලෙඩ පිට ලෙඩ.. තවත් නඩුවක සැකකරුවෙක් කරයි..

 ඉන්දියාවේ දේපළ සංවර්ධන සමාගමක් වන 'ක්‍රිෂ්' (Krrish) සමාගම සමඟ සිදුවූ බව කියන ගනුදෙනුවකට අදාළව, පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතා සැකකරුවකු ලෙස නම් කර ඇත.

අල්ලස් හෝ දූෂණ චෝදනා විමර්ශන කොමිෂන් සභාව විසින් කොළඹ ප්‍රධාන මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණය හමුවේ මෙම නඩුව ගොනු කර ඇත්තේ, අදාළ සමාගම සම්බන්ධයෙන් එල්ල වී ඇති මූල්‍ය අක්‍රමිකතා සහ අල්ලස් ලබා ගැනීම පිළිබඳ චෝදනාවලට අදාළවය.

කොළඹ කොටුව, ට්‍රාන්ස්වර්ක්ස් චතුරශ්‍රයේ පිහිටි නාගරික සංවර්ධන අධිකාරියට අයත් ඉඩමක් ‘ක්‍රිෂ් ට්‍රාන්ස්වර්ක්ස් කලම්බු’ (Krrish Transworks Colombo Pvt Ltd) සමාගම වෙත පවරා ගැනීමට පහසුකම් සැලසීම සහ ඒ සඳහා අවශ්‍ය රාජ්‍ය අනුමැතීන් කඩිනම් කර දීම වෙනුවෙන් අවස්ථා තුනකදී රුපියල් මිලියන 70 ක මුදලක් නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතා වෙත ලබා දී ඇතැයි කියන චෝදනාව මුල් කරගනිමින් මෙම විමර්ශනය ක්‍රියාත්මකය.

Namala Rajapaksa Named as Suspect in Corruption Case Involving Krrish Company

Namala Rajapaksa, a Member of Parliament, has been named a suspect in connection with a transaction involving the Indian real estate development firm Krrish. This comes as allegations of financial irregularities and bribery connected to the company are being investigated.

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption has filed this case at the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court, focusing on the charges against Krrish regarding financial misconduct and the acquisition of bribes.

Investigations and court proceedings are ongoing. Officials from the bribery commission have taken steps to secure a statement from Rajapaksa, who is currently in custody due to an unrelated case, following an order provided by the court on September 24.

The allegations center on claims that Namala Rajapaksa received a sum of 70 million rupees in exchange for facilitating the transfer of land in Colombo’s Transworks Square to Krrish Transworks Colombo Pvt Ltd. The investigation is making progress based on these charges, which mention three instances where the funds were allegedly provided to Rajapaksa in exchange for expediting the necessary state approvals for the transaction.
