 බද්දේගම පොලිස් වසමේ හල්පෙතොට ප්‍රදේශයේදී ත්‍රීරෝද රථයකින් ගමන් කරමින් සිටි පිරිසකට කාර් රථයකින් පැමිණි පිරිසක් විසින් ගිනි අවියකින් වෙඩි තැබීමක් සිදු කර පලාගොස් ඇත.

වෙඩි වැදීමෙන් ත්‍රීරෝද රථයේ රියැදුරු එම ස්ථානයේදීම මියගොස් ඇති අතර එහි ගමන් කල කාන්තාවන් දෙදෙනෙකු තුවාල ලබා බද්දේගම හා කරාපිටිය රෝහල් වෙතඇතුලත් කර ඇත. 

බද්දේගම රෝහලට ඇතුලත් කල කාන්තාව ප්‍රථිකාර ලබමින් සිටියදී මියගොස් ඇත.

මරණකරුගේ හා මරණකාරියගේ අනන්‍යතාවය මේ දක්වා තහවුරු කර ගෙන නොමැත.

සැකකරුවන් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීම සඳහා බද්දේගම පොලිසිය වැඩිදුර විමර්ශන සිදු කරනු ලබයි.

Tragic Shooting Incident Claims Lives in Balapitiya

A tragic shooting unfolded in the Halpethota area of Balapitiya, where a group traveling on a three-wheeler came under fire from individuals in a car who then fled the scene.

The driver of the three-wheeler succumbed to his injuries at the location of the incident, while two women passengers sustained injuries and were rushed to nearby hospitals in Baddegama and Karapitiya.

One of the injured women later passed away while receiving treatment at Baddegama Hospital.

As of now, the identities of both the deceased individuals remain unconfirmed.

Authorities from the Baddegama Police are conducting further investigations in an effort to apprehend the suspects involved in the shooting.
